Came in excited to try this new store and buy a dry-aged ribeye for my Christmas family dinner, only to be turned away 7 minutes before closing at the US-1 location because the employee “was closing.” That’s incredibly unprofessional and extremely disappointing, especially for a new store trying to earn customers. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—just to make a purchase during posted business hours. First impression matters, and this one was terrible.
Went there for about 6 months and was very happy at first but the last meat package we got they cut the steaks in half and said they were two steaks. We got 2 new york strip steaks and they had cut them longways and the steaks were paper thin. Then we opened another package of “two” steaks and there was one cut in half again. We were also supposed to get a rack of ribs with the package and we got a very small thing of country style ribs with 4 ribs. The month before this...read full review
