“I give this store 4 stars. I have been to this Tropical Smoothie twice. The first time I got excellent service. The second time I placed an order on-line and they made an incorrect smoothie & tried to tell me that is what I ordered, but told them it wasn't & showed them the order on my phone. It took them them two more tries before they got it right.“

“I delivered as an instacart driver and had to stay and order. I got a blue bowl with the supreme toppings and it was incredible. Hope I get their order again so I can order the darth Vader bowl next!

My daughter and I went to the St. John's location where we ordered cocoa waffle, plain Korean chicken, coconut blue, peach green tea with Crystal pearl, fried French toast and a cute plush. Total was about 50$ before tip. All of it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the inside was clean.“

I called because I really didn’t know what to order. I just wanted something really high protein and I figured she wouldn’t have time to talk to me because it’s busy doing the holidays, but she took time to help me make a decision and actually save my order so that when I pulled up and say this is Regina, she said drive-through what I didn’t expect is for her to say this is on me, Regina. But that wasn’t it. What was it as I pulled the cup up when I drove off to take a sip to see if I could stomach it I saw you got this. We appreciate you and it started with my name. It was Regina. You’ve got this. We appreciate you with a smiley face. In today’s society, Customer Service is so rare people seem to be angry to serve, but Ally was freaking amazing and people could take lessons from her and learn how to serve people the way she did. “I absolutely love Smoothie King. My favorites are the Banana Boat with Fiber and the PB Swizzle without PB substitute honey. Both are so delicious but I look forward to my Acai Bowl once a week. The staff here is always so nice and full of recommendations. The inside of the store looks like it opened yesterday and the bathrooms are very clean. I'm so glad we have one in the area.“

Listen I ran across this place, and have absolutely NO regrets.

Atmosphere is great, and the music matches for sure.

Service has been attentive, drinks are filled and refills are asked for.

Food has gotten the highest rating so far at a SOLID EASY 8.5/10. Add this, and maybe a little bit of this taken off. it’s minuscule.

This place is a golden gem in the area. Great food, great service, great mixed drinks. Do I need to continue?! Stop reading and go now.

Our server was Francis she was 10/10 bartenders didn’t catch her name, but continue making all the drinks lol.

“Truly enjoy the Pavilion at Durbin Park with it being approximately 3 miles from the house. Convenience is a major plus having our Smoothie King so close for a quick cool refreshment.I was fortunate to be able to partake twice this week for myself and as a "Plus One", each time selecting some variation of their Coffee Gladiator...think I've come to a realization that the Strawberry Protein with the Sweetened Strawberries is my preference versus with the Bananas.The wife switched it up first having the Strawberry Banana Activator then the Capri Sun.Always the warmest hospitality from the young hard working staff and quick service despite the occasional long lines.“

“My boyfriend and I have been coming to the Tropical Smoothie on Southside Blvd and Baymeadows for over a year. Everyone there is so friendly and im extremely picky about how i like my smoothie made. They recently hired Josh as the General Manager and i have never had a better exprience since he took over. I only had to tell him once how i liked it made and to my suprise he knocked it out of the park!!!!! It was so delicous i returned the following day and not only did he remember me and how i wanted it made..he had it ready for me before i got to the register to pay because it was during lunch rush..now i literally want it everyday and i refuse to go to any other location..Joshaua took amazimg care of me and makes increadable smoothies“
