“When I'm @ UFShands in Gainesville I have to go to this Arby's.ibdont know if there so busy that Everything is so fresh & Tasty .It's super clean and the staff are so pleasant. Willing to please & there trying hard to all work together & work as a team that it makes this a Must for me .... Best Arby's I've ever eaten in .“

“I went through the drive thru and got the Classic Roast beef combo with the crinkle cut fries and a diet Dr Pepper. The headphones or something was messed up so the one taking the order seemed like he was talking loud. The fries were very salty and the meat on the sandwich had a thick slice of meat which I disregarded. The person at the window was nice and let us know that there was something wrong with the headphones.“

“Very nice people! Serving food with care and actually fresh than most fast foods. Was not expecting fresh food. And again the people great attitudes and great to talk to. And most of these comments are just impatient people who are too entitled. People working are working as hard as they can. They are always swamped with orders and actually doing great. They do there best to get your order out. And management is doing a pretty good job. This location is just very popular. 👍“

“Ordered some food from here the tenders were burnt the fries were old and cold and hard so I went in to get my money back and the staff did an outstanding job I received my money back plus they remade my ordered fresh and also gave me 3 cards for free meals at any Arby’s so my experience turned out great.“
