I don’t think I’ve ever had my order done so wrong at a Chick-fil-a. I ordered inside, in person. 2/3 things were all wrong. I didn’t realize until after I left and looked in the bag.

Bad consistency on the cool wraps. 3 vastly different wraps in different trips between 2 months. First one was perfect with sliced chicken. Second time was cubed chicken just at the top of the wrap. Third time now and it looks like ripped up chicken haphazardly thrown in the wrap with lettuce and cheese. One half all the chicken was at the bottom of the wrap and the other half everything was thrown together. Not convenient to eat and just wasn’t good.

I’m trying to get into heaven so 5 stars across the board.
Extremely slow service. Our group had an order for 11:30, and it’s currently 12:15 and they still have not fulfilled it. Additionally, there are 4 total catering orders all waiting, 3 with earlier times of 11. This is completely unacceptable.
Update: 12:35 and the order is not complete.

They now make DoorDash drivers pile up in the drive through, so instead of coming inside and getting our orders in a timely fashion, we have to use the drive through and wait for the extremely slow service there. If the drive through is backed up, as it usually is, we're wasting gas idling there when we used to just come inside and get the order quickly. This is absolutely ridiculous. If you're gonna make people use the drive through, then get orders out quickly so we're not just sitting in it unnecessarily.
Or better yet, just let us come inside like we used to. That worked great. But it also made sense, so I see the problem there.🙄
