“My only complaint is the radio is too loud which made it difficult to place my order because the employee couldn't hear me. I got coffee ice cream in a waffle bowl with strawberries on top because I wasn't sure if it would be a good recipe or yuck. Of course I get the new employee. I told her 'coffee ice cream plain, no mix-in' and when she went to hand me the bowl I asked 'could you add strawberries to it?' her smile quickly left and her face drop like the end of the world just happened. I had to reassure her a couple of times repeating 'I want the strawberries on top, not mixed in' once she finally understood me she added strawberries on top and her smile returned.“
