ordered a large pepperoni pizza and got home 15 minutes later to see that there was little cheese and mostly dough and one slice only had 2 pieces of pepperoni on it. i called to ask for them to remake it or to get a refund and their manager said “well we portion out all of our toppings by weight.” rather than owning up to the mistake. weight aside, my slice only had two pepperonis and one dollop of cheese, this is not up to dominoes standards. she said it would be 20 minutes to remake the pizza, rather than putting me at the front of the queue for *their* mistake and failure to quality control. bad food, horrible service. i will be taking my business elsewhere which is a shame considering i love dominoes, that is, when it is good.

Never received my order from this location. I ordered at least an hour before closing and live a mile away from the location. The delivery fee was $5 almost $6 for the one mile. Didn’t get my food and called three times confirming my phone number which I also put in the comments of my order and an exact location. No calls or update from the driver or shop and I couldn’t call them again as it was already past closing. Person on the call was nice but it doesn’t account for not receiving my food and waiting outside in the cold for over 30 mins. I also would’ve been ok if they didn’t want to deliver it but just updated me so I wasn’t waiting around.

This is the final time I will order anything from this location. Not only have they consistently brought me my food cold or not how it was requested. But tonight they make me wait over an hour for delivery and when they bring my order it isn't even the entire order. So I have to wait for the driver to return to the store to bring me the second half of my order because in his words it "went all over the floor" before arriving. I am tired of giving this store chances, and if anyone is looking for a nice meal in, I would highly suggest ordering from anywhere else.

So you can't have this on the top of your box though. The boxes contain greases so they cannot be recycled. It's like how waxed produce boxes are non recyclables. That "side of responsibilities" shouldn't be lies.
Parking: Shares the lot with a small church group, so respectfully gets crowded certain days
This place has seriously gone downhill.2 of my recent online orders were incorrect and the 2nd time I decided not to drive all the way back they stiffed me on my store credit.The "manager" Jace sounded like he was impaired and/or confused that I had photo proof and the online receipt.
