Towered Rd location, I think Sabrina, ( i have bad memory) but she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She has a smile and great personality. but i haven't ever had a bad experience with Ellianos. but coffee is always a positive experience. lol. have a great day.

love the coffee... but the inconsistency is atrocious. I order the same thing. it is literally never the same despite ordering it using the exact the same wording... and 1/3 of the time its unpalatable. simple. iced coffee with a flavor and a 2x the amount of milk alternative. my partner is in the same boat... simple cappuccino with splenda... its missing the splenda 50% of the time. he just brought me an iced coffee home...its missing the flavor. we WANT to support yall and loathe...read full review
