Locally owned small restaurant with authentic, fresh, flavorful food. The beef & lamb gyro platter, along with the side of eggplant dip with pita, were warm and delicious. Took home a Greek salad and 2 pieces of baklava. No wonder there were so many locals eating here; and, picking up to go orders. Don’t let the location fool you. It’s well worth a try. Wished we lived locally, so we could continue to enjoy the great food.
Gyro Plus is the best. The brothers always seem to remember my partner and me, even if we go too long between visits (by our own standards). All of their food is delicious. Never a bad meal.
The gyro wraps and chicken platters are delicious! Our entrees were seasoned very well with homemade hummus and pita bread. Ozzy welcomed us with a serious look but by the end of our visit he was chatting, smiling and giving us the history of the restaurant and the beautiful paintings on the wall of Beirut. We even received complimentary vegan baklava which was fantastic! First time trying a spinach pie with feta-also YUMMY! We will definitely visit again soon.
