Food took forever to come out. Salad came out with the pizza. Pizza tastes kick Chuck E. Cheese.

Pizza is good, close to great. Good quality dough, great undercarriage and crust. The sauce is a little bit boring in my opinion, could be a great pizza if the sauce was tangier.
very pleasant atmosphere, there's a wait line, but people come & go quickly, thus the wait was 1/2 the time the reception told us. great pizza, soup. no regrets. best place in gainesville. whole-some crowd.
Parking: parking wasnt bad.
Kid-friendliness: u will see lots of parents eating with their college kid, obviously, came to visit kiddo & ate at this place--

Ordered the shrimp scampi as takeout from an online order - terrible food. Tasted bad and the shrimp to pasta ratio was absolutely unjustifiable. There’s no reason to skimp out on shrimp when the recipe calls for it as a major ingredient. Got two bread rolls with it and they were soaked in idk what. Maybe just package it differently and not in the same box as this pasta with sauce??
Maybe the food here is better in person but I’d rather not waste my money here again. It wasn’t cheap either. Almost $25 for some drenched pasta and bread rolls.

I can’t rate the food here because I never got to taste it. I waited nearly 2 hours for a pizza and A garden salad. Original wait time was one hour. Customer service here is terrible. The staff was just standing around staring at each other didn’t know what was going on. They basically told me you either wait or you can cancel your order when I asked how much longer until my order was ready they told me” it hadn’t even started to be made yet” Tom, the Director was clueless and did not know what was going on. He was just yelling at people to go stand in the lobby and wait for a text. I understand it’s game day however they should know what volume of orders they can handle.

Nicole and everyone there were super friendly. They were slammed busy as it was move in weekend at UF and yet they were on top of everything. Food was fresh and hot. Wait was normal. I see why my daughter raves about their rolls. Definitely will be back when in town.

Beware that the owners of this business uses an aggressive towing company to boot and tow away customers. My husband and I stop at town to have dinner with my niece who attends college in town. My husband needed to use a restroom badly in the plaza where this restaurant is in and left the car engine running for me to find parking. I was sitting in the back of the car strapping my two dogs so they will be safe when I was ready to move the car. While I was taking care of the dogs somebody supposedly a tow company hired by the owners of the plaza slapped a piece of paper on the driver’s window which at 1st look like advertising, until I realize while I am inside of the car that he is doing something to my front tire drivers, which I discovered he was booting my car while the engine was running and so was standing next to him begging to stop doing so I can move the car. I understand that is a busy area of town and business are fed up with people using their parking. However, we were not occupying a parking space and I was in the transition of getting my pets safe so I could drive away. To meet my husband. I actually, ate at the restaurant and while the pizza is not traditional Italian it is good, but I will never recommend this business as long as the let tow away companies use thugs/criminals practices to charge people for just standing in their plaza while engine of the car is full running and ready to drive. We support business but not ones that run a mafia out of robbing people for just standing at their plaza.

They don’t need this review, everyone here knows about Piesanos…but hot damn that crust is out of this WORLD. The lunch specials are such a good deal, the service is always top-notch, and a really nice dining room. Feels pretty swanky on a student-friendly budget. Any pizza that involves their famous mini-cup char pepperoni…?
Vegetarian options: They have a lot of veggie options, with a fantastic tomato sauce involved in most. I’m a meatasaurus, but our vegan friend likes a lot of the offerings.
Parking: Don’t leave your car here and go to campus!! If you are dining in, tho…great parking lot. Easy in, easy out. Good handicapped parking, too, lots of eyes on it (so your stuff will be safe).
Kid-friendliness: Great spot for kids, lots of good menu options for picky eaters, too.
Wheelchair accessibility: Super accessible, renovated to provide ramps up from the sidewalk and down to the bathrooms, wide hallways and doors…100/100.

Best pizza in town
This is one of my favorite places to eat when I visit my daughter in college. Food & atmosphere are nice. I will not go back after my last visit on 8/9/2024. We had a fantastic dinner prior to my daughter’s graduation ceremony. After dinner we walked across the street to take some family pictures. It was NOT busy & multiple parking spots available. Upon our return <30 minutes, found both my rental car & my daughter’s car with boots on them & ticketed for $85 each for leaving the premises. The parking attendant was rude and was over the top sarcastic with my family. He even followed us out to the road waving at us like he was a “queen” in a parade waving at us and laughing. My daughter called the parking attendant management & never got a call back. After reading many reviews on the parking lot, there are numerous reviews with the same complaints for rude parking attendants. They sit in a tow truck & watch with eagle eyes if you step foot off the property. What a sham, especially with the short amount of time we were gone & we ate at the restaurant. I will not return!
Parking: Limited parking. Do NOT step one inch off the property for 1 second or you will get ticketed $85 and have a boot put on your tire. Attendent is rude.

Fantastic place! Service was beyond excellent. Zach was very kind and patient with us and our baby and toddler. He also always refilled our drinks before they were empty which is a big plus for us. Would highly recommend this location to my peers. Thanks again Zach.
