Never a Dull Moment or Bad Customer service.

It's highly problematic that the University of Florida bookstore gets a renovation both upstairs and downstairs but yet the booths that are in the food court are absolutely abysmal to be completely honest. How is it this school has hundreds of thousands of dollars to put into a renovation in a bookstore that doesn't need a damn renovation it's practically brand new. But yet you have these kids who most of them are going into debt to go to school here and you can't even make sure the upholstery is up to par. Director of reitz union needs to get it together, seriously 🙄 😒. Priorities are not in order. You want these people to give you their money you need to take care of them. Small details make a BIG DIFFERENCE!!

Cabo Mexican grill has awful portions and their food is unseasoned and bland. They barely give meat even though you pay for it and the patrons there are loud and annoying

Sonic has alright food which is usually cold when I have gone, the service is responsive but when asked for anything more complex than a sauce they are unable to. I ordered a supreme meat and cheese burrito. The first time my name was called I got the wrong persons order in my bag. They brought me my food and it was the thing I ordered but was missing bacon, tater tots, and cheese sauce which is kind of the main part of the burrito. I brought it back up and they replaced it for me but it took another 10 minutes when nobody was even ordering. Overall the entire process took close to 25 minutes for a simple meal consisting of two burritos and tater tots. This is the second time that I have had a difficult experience with Sonic and I really like the food, but the service Definately needs work.

It’s nice and very dynamic. You enjoy seeing students and their parents interacting, lots of positive vibes. However, the food is mainly fast food and in one word, UPF. No healthy option is available.

Was on campus for a work lunch and decided to stop in. Such a pleasant atmosphere and very clean entering the buffet station was very clean. My coworker and I were one of the first to dig in. Salad and all the ingredients were fresh great options. The brisket was just delicious moist tender, and the flavors were spot on. Thoroughly enjoyed the menu posted today. It looks like they change daily and I picked one of the best days. All employees were very watchful making sure everything was cleaned and maintained in the dining area and buffet area. If you want a nice hot lunch And a great atmosphere check them out while on campus.

532 or whatever the burger joint is, was absolutely nasty. Told the cashier my order three times and they still messed up. One would think, "plain burger, nothing on it" would be pretty clear but I guess not. It came with everything. Her response? "My bad""! Ordered fries. Literally 9 French fries in the bag. Don't know what the meat like substance was between the buns was, but it wasn't beef! I would rather have military c rations or prison food to what they serve. Never again.

It is a fine place to take lunch within the UF. However, depending on the store, service could be great or awful. Furthermore, these non reloadable cards are the worst thing they invented for these places.

Had Panda Express and Burgers, I’ve had better. Burger reminded me of elementary school lunch, it was not a fresh burger, seriously doubt if it was real meat. Loaded fries were soggy fries topped with canned chili and cheese sauce. Panda Express had crunchy fried rice and over cooked Beijing Beef. Should have gone off campus, it wasn’t worth the convenience. Kind of feel sorry for the students.
