I'm so glad we found this place! It seems like we're always needing to stop for food in Gainesville on our road trips from Atlanta to Orlando, and we've been let down repeatedly. This place really is like Chipotle for burgers. I was able to build the burger I wanted, and it was made beautifully. The fries came out piping hot and I was able to "dust" them myself to get just as much flavor as I wanted. Everyone was very kind, and it wasn't a long wait for our order. We will definitely be back!

Only gave a 4 star for atmosphere because it sits in a shopping plaza but everything else was fantastic. Also BOGO on there draft beer

I ordered from here last week and wasn’t impressed. Apparently the “cheeseburger” doesn’t actually come with cheese. When I picked it up and saw there was no cheese, I asked for it to be added and got charged $1.25 for them to add 2 slices to the double “cheeseburger.” I understand charging for add-one. But if something is listed online as a cheeseburger, I hate to break it to them but that consists of cheese. The burgers themselves were dry and not very good, which was disappointing because they aren’t exactly cheap. The fries were good and the guys working there were very nice, so that’s what’s making this a 2 star vs 1 star review.

Excellent burgers, fast friendly service, inside was full and a little noisy so we sat outside on patio and had entire space to ourselves. Great idea on tables w sunshades too. All in all highly recommend!

Relish is one of my favorite places to snag a burger because it's always delicious/fresh but they also take incredible care to prepare my food, since I have a gluten allergy. They change gloves, prepare it individually to reduce contamination, and bag everything separate. 10/10 recommend, especially if you want a burger without worry for allergies!

Got the single with cheese and added fried and a drink. I loved the vinegar for my fries. Service was quick, food was good, atmosphere is fun. I had an excellent lunch with friends.

AMAZING BURGER AND ONION RINGS
First impression: amazing environment, I can tell the food is going to be good, clean, outdoor and indoor seating.
basically a subway for burgers: you pick meat, burger, vegan, hotdog, add cheese, then they cook it then you wait a little bit and then BYO with all the topping and sauce options, huge variety of options
Food: we ordered two burgers, onion rings, cheese fries, water and because we came on Tuesday with a special, it was only 26$ which was not bad at all for the amount of food, plenty of toppings, can get toppings and sauce on side as well. LOVED THE BURGER AND ONION RINGS, cheese fries were okay, kind of soggy but not awful!
Service: two workers were very kind and good at their job, very patient and helpful to two newcomers!
Although from out of town, will definitely try to come back!!
