This is a review of an employee named Shappell who works at the McDonald’s at 410 N Main St in Dayton, Ohio. She is kind and positive, and cares about the homeless McDonald’s patrons and the hungry kids. I witnessed her doing small acts of good deedery to make this world a better place, while on duty. It is comforting to know there are good people like Shappell out there in this world, and that McDonald’s is hiring them. Give this wonderful woman a raise and some recognition!

Restaurant is infested with rats. Customer service is abysmal. Despite poverty wages that could never cover healthcare costs, insured or not, several employees prefer to lick the boot that holds them down and attempt to sell out one of their few defenders.

The manager is particularly notable for his kindness and connection with customers, even taking time to celebrate special occasions. The food is also a highlight, with customers raving about the burgers, coffee, and hot, fresh fries. This McDonald's has some great employees, including one named Shappell who is kind, positive, and cares about the community. Another employee, Mr. Austin, is also praised for his attentive and personalized service. While the restaurant may be a bit small, the food is consistently good, and the staff are friendly and efficient, making it a good establishment overall.
