It's a fast food place, so take that into account and don't expect the five star experience. I ordered through the app. When I arrived I headed to the counter. The girl took my name, and said my order wasn't ready. 10 minutes later it still wasn't ready. After another 10 minutes I said this is ridiculous and the girl looked again a little harder and saw my order was sitting there all along. Cold food. Was not willing to refire pre-order. Customer service was great we came last night and the food was burnt we called and they were nice enough to say they can remake it the next day. We came and the manager was super nice and remembered and remade our food and it was nice and hot! Thank you!
The chicken bacon ranch is my new favorite.
