Jersey Mike's Subs is a busy location that serves delicious subs. The people working there are very nice and attentive. Customers can get a solid sub, and the number two Mike's Way with oil and herbs and vinegar, Italian meats on a white bread bun is a popular choice. The service is usually good, with friendly and helpful staff. However, some customers have experienced rudeness from certain employees. The atmosphere can be dirty, with dirty tables, but the staff is often working efficiently and laughing together. The reward program can be confusing and inconsistent. Despite this, Jersey Mike's Subs has amazing sandwiches, and the parmesan rosemary bread is a highlight. Some customers would like to see more vegetarian options. Overall, Jersey Mike's Subs provides good customer service, with staff like Destiny going out of their way to help.
