“High quality kratom & kava on the ready. But more important than the products are the people who work and hangout there. Owners Alex & Keri are extremely hospitable and down-to-earth people. I've had great conversations with them and the patrons. They host an Open Mic Nite the last Friday of every month. People play instruments, read poetry, and enjoy each other's company. “I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service from Coffeebreak. I would call myself a regular there, I know most of the staff by name, they all know me by name, so I would say I go a lot. This morning I went earlier than my usual time to grab a coffee, my wife a coffee, and my daughter her everything bagel to take home, which is literally across the street….depending on traffic I can be there in less than 3 minutes. At home my wife dropped her coffee on the way out the door and she went to work. I went back over to Coffeebreak to get her another coffee. While I was in there I was telling them what happened as to why I was there less than 20 minutes or so since I just got 2 coffees. The owner overheard as he was walking by and wouldn’t let them charge me for a new one. I went ahead and bought myself another coffee as well because I couldn’t walk out of there without purchasing something. They are an asset to the community and have great customer service and the best coffee around!!!“

“Cannot recommend this little place enough. Lovely customer service, cozy shop environment, and plenty of choices for everyone. I typically prefer hot coffee, but was sold on the first sip. Customers can assemble their own drinks with housemade brew and flavors. This shop will be a stop for sure when we find ourselves in town.“

“Scooter's is a great place to get coffee, and is often cheaper than the competition. I love their Peanut Butter Power Smoothies too. The service is always friendly and fast.The only downside is that, from time to time, I find a few grounds in the bottom of my cup, but only occasionally. They should be more careful when brewing to avoid the grounds getting into the coffee.Parking: Scooter's is meant to be used as a drive-through only. There is parking, but there's no point in using it as a customer.“

“The coffee was amazing, it is served warm enough to be enjoyable while cold enough to not burn your tongue. I drank the latte and it was extremely balanced. Additionally, the atmosphere is super relaxing, my friend and I were seating there for over an hour and time just flew by us. I would recommend coffee lovers to stop over. Can also be a cute place for a relaxed date.“

“The Drowsy Poet is delightful! My son and I were passing through Pensacola and decided to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. The coffee is roasted in house and delicious, the pastries are so yummy and the customer service is unbeatable. The owner Bill took time to chat with us and it was an absolute pleasure to getting to know him. This place is a must stop!!“

“I finally got the time to stop in and it was such a treat. The interior is decorated cute as a button.The staff was so friendly and very helpful. And very patient when I took forever to decide what I wanted.I recommend the banana bread latte. It tastes even better than it sounds, this might be my new favorite drink. My sister got the peach smoothie and it was incredible, tastes just like fresh peaches. I highly recommend this place“

“The atmosphere was very pleasant and the young lady, Zoey, working was prompt and knowledgeable of the drinks.The young man that made the drinks took the extra time to give his take on what we should try and even double checked to make sure we liked them!I got the Jasmine orange tea and my daughter tried the strawberry blast. They were both AMAZING! The cups are very sturdy and I wasn't worried about breaking them. We will definitely be coming back!“

“I was hesitant to try since it's more of a "chain" than other coffee shops in the area but I'm so glad I did! It's now my favorite coffee shop in Pensacola. The drink menu is huge and the espresso (I got a King Cake Latte) was delicious. The food menu is not as expansive so I would recommend just going for coffee. One of the best parts was how clean it was - the bathrooms especially! I'll be back for sure.“

“My husband and I went here for the first time Thursday around 3:45pm, I 10 out of 10 recommend, the guy that helped us was super nice, I think maybe he was the manager, my husband got a dirty hot chocolate (hot chocolate with a shot of espresso) I got the Mexican mocha latte, it comes with cinnamon which is one of favorite additions to coffee, he got a medium I got a small the total was only 9$All an all definitely worth it plus it was better than anything I have ever gotten from Starbucks which is my normal go to coffee place10/10 service10/10 quality of ingredients“

“I ordered a lunch trio. It was delicious especially my sandwich. Unfortunately, the cappuccino on Wednesday 03/20/24 was terrible. This cappuccino was extremely bitter and had no sweetness at all. It was the worst cappuccino I have ever had. Next, the Fx35 smoothie was not that great either. So, I ended up going somewhere else to get a cappuccino that was made correctly. Bottom-line the food is highly recommended but not these beverages.“
