“Fantastic customer service paired with great homestyle comfort food. So, so good! We always try to find local establishments when on vacation and saw this place has been open for 80 years. After visiting, I know why they've been open this long. We'll make it a point to stop in again as it's been our most favorite meal of the trip!“

“We had such a wonderful experience! Our server, Blue, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so attentive, friendly, and patient while helping me decide what to order—the menu had so many delicious options that it was hard to choose! Her recommendations were spot on.
She also made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived, creating such a fun and inviting atmosphere for our girls’ trip. On top of that, she happily took pictures for us and made sure we captured some great memories together.
Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm made our visit even more special. Thank you for going above and beyond—we can’t wait to come back!“
“The seven brew on Davis highway had the best crew this morning Wednesday June 5th. I could not see out of my window that they were directing me to the other lane because I had so much pollen caked up in my car and I hadn't had time to replace my wiper fluid yet so they were so sweet and put hot water on my windshield and even wiped it off for me voluntarily. I cannot tell you how above and beyond that was. Not only are there drinks phenomenal I got a blue raspberry energy with cupcake and white chocolate and cream but the way they take care of their customers is outstanding.“

“I literally go here every morning for an iced caramel macchiato and a bacon egg and cheese croissant, the people who work the window are always so nice I love them all! The coffee is the best in town in my opinion, I hate chain coffee places like Starbucks and Dunkin because their coffee tastes terrible, Drowsy Poet has fresh coffee, fresh food, good vibes, I mean what else can you ask for? 100000/10 hands down!!! 💚🤍“

“I love the sugar free options and their tastes. I’m a fan. My only complaint about this particular location (it’s actually the only location I’ve visited) is about the lack of lighting around the building. I work nights so it’s dark out when I stop by. The only light around the back of the building is where you place your order. It is scary dark If your sales aren’t what you expected adding some lighting might not only make the place more noticeable but more inviting as well.“

“These guys are amazing they are the most happy of anyone I've ever seen at 530am and any time of day after that just awesome! I can't say enough good about them. These guys really set the bar for customer service I hope they get honored for this some how! Thank you bayou by the mall you rock! I wish we could all rock customer service in pensacola like these guys our town might could go back to the wonderful place it was like when I was a kid!!!!!!
Parking: If the parking lot is full just park across the street or on the side u will be treated amazing it's worth it u could even park on either side next door or get them a great parking lot they deserve it By far the best customer service I've ever seen and it's consitant u could come ever day for a week always great customer service“

“I live near this location and this is my favorite by far. The staff are always friendly and have great customer service. I once placed a mobile order and was not able to pick it up. I spoke with the manager Kaite the next day and told her what happened. She was more than willing to assist me and remake my order. I give Kaite five stars for great customer service!“

“Visited Pensacola for the first time. This restaurant was close to our accommodations. The menu looked good online so we tried it. It did not disappoint. The service was great, the atmosphere was nice, and the food was delicious. I have been trying to eat foods outside of my comfort zone. I could not decide between a few options but went with the Buddha Bowl. You must try it - you won't regret it.“
