“Yesterday on Dec 27th, 2022 my wife and I met a friend for coffee. Makers was recommended by this friend David Harvitz since he personally knows the owners of this local coffee shop. First of all, the coffee was incredible! I loved that there were non-dairy options on milk or creamer as my wife has a dairy allergy/sensitivity. We had the Mocha. Uh-mazing. Also, I LOVE the atmosphere. This is a gorgeous downtown shop and I couldn’t love it more. Third, it’s family friendly in the sense that my wife and I brought our 5 month old daughter with us and while there saw at least two other couples with bucket babies. Nobody once gave us a dirty look like “get that kid out of here.” All in all 5 stars from me. I have lived in Tulsa OK since 2012, but I’m a Pensacola native and I’m proud to say that Makers is an awesome coffee place in my home town. Best of luck to you in this brand new store. You’re going to kill it!!“

“I wanted to try a different place for my acai bowls. I happened to find this place on Google and decided to stop in. The owner and her sweet daughter made me the best acai bowl. The way she mixes her acai is different then any I have ever had, it was creamy and delicious. The granola was perfect, a little sweet and crunchy, the way I like it. The fruit was fresh and I had never had kiwi on an acai bowl but now I'm hooked! Please, stop in and have something fresh and delicious. She also makes sandwiches, wraps, breakfast, you will be pleased.

“This place was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and quick service. I plan to go back another time before the end of vacation! I got a caramel macchiato and the Parisian (lemon) crepe. It was so delicious! My friend got the smores crepe, and she loved it. She said it was very sweet but worth it!“

“The food here is incredibly delicious. The burgers are freshly grilled, ensuring a wonderful taste and aroma. The prices are reasonable. The service is warm and attentive. When they found out I was Chinese, they even made an effort to greet and thank me in Chinese. This café, located next to the Pensacola Library with direct access from the library, is fantastic. It’s the most literary café in Pensacola and comes highly recommended. One suggestion: the burgers and sandwiches might be a bit salty for those who prefer a less salty taste.“

“I saw someone on FB bragging about their donuts being great so we had to stop by and check them out. We picked out their apple fritters and they are fantastic. They are cooked all the way through and the best we have had since we moved here to Florida. We also got two round solid glazed donuts and had them filled at the time we ordered. Very happy we stopped by and we will be back again soon !!!!“

“I’m a nurse and I stop here almost daily to get coffee. The staff are so cool they’re like my therapists. I go in and feel comfortable venting about my day and they’re always down to listen and tell me it’s gonna be better. Ryan is amazing. Just a positive person. Coffee is great and I love that the baristas get to make their signature drinks. 10/10.“

“These guys are amazing they are the most happy of anyone I've ever seen at 530am and any time of day after that just awesome! I can't say enough good about them. Parking: If the parking lot is full just park across the street or on the side u will be treated amazing it's worth it u could even park on either side next door or get them a great parking lot they deserve it By far the best customer service I've ever seen and it's consitant u could come ever day for a week always great customer service“

“I live near this location and this is my favorite by far. The staff are always friendly and have great customer service. I once placed a mobile order and was not able to pick it up. I spoke with the manager Kaite the next day and told her what happened. She was more than willing to assist me and remake my order. I give Kaite five stars for great customer service!“

“This is probably my favorite coffee in the city. It never misses. Nothing worse than paying for a good latte and not enjoying the flavor or sweetness level isn’t there. That never happens here! Their specials are always spot on as well, and always priced reasonably. I love the atmosphere for gifts and looking for a new read. Their kids area is so fun to bring the kids and read them some stories or let them pick a new book, and they usually have some toys in there as well. It’s a lighthouse themed room. The manager could be a little more warm and friendly, maybe it’s my kids being a little too loud but sometimes I feel like I’m invading the space even if it’s just her and a barista there. Nothing crazy, but worth noting as the place is well kept and cared for so hoping the criticism is well received so I can keep bringing my kids and friends and it will improve in that area! The barista’s have always been kind and helpful to me. Overall amazing place :) LOVE IT. 5 stars. Hoping to come to some of the events here kid-free.“

“I went in today and got my usual, grande strawberry açaí lemonade and a chocolate croissant. I was on my way to my nail appointment, and picked up my drink and it exploded all over me and my car. I was so upset, but I went into my nail appointment. I went back to the store with my receipt and my wet clothes to see if there was anything they could do. Knowing this is my fault and I’m very clumsy, I asked the manager (she was wearing a long sleeve plaid shirt) and told her my situation and she said they would remake it without hesitation! I was so surprised, and beyond grateful that they did this for me without even wanting evidence. I’m a very honest person, and even showed them my wet clothes as proof. I didn’t go in with the intention of trying to get a free drink, especially something that’s my fault. This Starbucks is an outstanding store, from the remake of the product to the service! All the stars given from what started as a bad day for me, made me feel a lot better. Thank you so much!“

“I didn’t plan to go here, I had a doctors appointment nearby and dropped in while waiting, they were quick, and friendly, addresses you by name(atleast for me, it wasn’t super busy yet), and the coffee was fantastic. He noticed I wanted something to eat but wasn’t wanting to spend much time so he even suggested something that he KNEW would be quick and easy. (Which was a fantastic egg cheese and veggie quiche by the way) Very nice atmosphere and I will be back next time I need coffee on this side of town. 5 stars.“
