Horrible meal. Worst experience.. soggy mushy rice, dry chicken and they forget my onions… now I see why I haven’t been to a pollo in forever!!!
I must say I am so disappointed in this establishment. I sat here and watched them not only mess up everyone's order but also give me uncooked food and a worker threw a cup of water at a customer. Very hostile environment, rude workers.
