“I was in there tonight a family that arrived after my family got their food, when asked where my family's food was the person that took my gave a smart answer. Then she went to the take out rack and brought me cold spaghetti and 2 cold hot sandwiches with another smart remark when questioned. There needs to be some serious maintenance to chairs one of our party ended up in the ER getting stitches. The team leader said not a thing about us reporting the chair that cut through a finger nail. The team leader did not seem to care about the 2 team members in the lobby appearing to clean up while shooting the middle finger at each other. “Not sure who the guy answering the local location phone was, not in a foreign country, but at the local Gulf Breeze location. But I've ordered from him several times. I recognize his voice. Most recently, tonight 1-18-2023. And every time he was even toned, helpful and worked to make things happen. Even when I called back because Door dash was screwing up. “First time ever trying James kitchen and it was amazing fried rice was perfect and the honey chicken had the best flavor and most amazing crisp to it . This was probably one of the best Chinese restaurants I even been to and outstanding service“

“I ordered from this store today and somebody had a young guy ride a bike over 6 miles through the rain and cold to deliver to my job. I mean props to that kid. Talk about going above and beyond. But I'm embarassed for whatever management member made that kid do that. I'd rather you call me and say you dont have drivers. Look out for your people better. 5 stars for that kids dedication. Nothing else.“
