“The reason for only 4 stars is the traffic/parking layout, which is terrible. Waiting cars impede traffic. If you park in front of the building you may get blocked in by cars waiting. There just is no room. Cars getting directly off Hwy 98 may turn onto the road & have nowhere to go because of cars waiting to turn into the drive thru. The staff are courteous. The food & drinks are consistent with all of the other Starbucks“
“There was an issue with my gift card. Karen the Manager and Austin who waited on us handled it with class and very professional. Our drinks were the best ever. Thanks Austin for the suggestion. Thanks Karen. Both deserve a raise and a very well done job Thank you.“
