“I went in today and got my usual, grande strawberry açaí lemonade and a chocolate croissant. I was on my way to my nail appointment, and picked up my drink and it exploded all over me and my car. I was so upset, but I went into my nail appointment. I went back to the store with my receipt and my wet clothes to see if there was anything they could do. Knowing this is my fault and I’m very clumsy, I asked the manager (she was wearing a long sleeve plaid shirt) and told her my situation and she said they would remake it without hesitation! I was so surprised, and beyond grateful that they did this for me without even wanting evidence. I’m a very honest person, and even showed them my wet clothes as proof. I didn’t go in with the intention of trying to get a free drink, especially something that’s my fault. This Starbucks is an outstanding store, from the remake of the product to the service! All the stars given from what started as a bad day for me, made me feel a lot better. Thank you so much!“
“I come to this store almost every day before I go to work. Usually around 1pm. The whole team during that time is phenomenal but I wanted to point out an experience from today. I doordashed because I’m not feeling well. Isla, recognized my name and my order. On DoorDash you can’t order a side of cream cheese for the breakfast sandwiches but she remembered and added it to my bag. I have a bachelors degree in hospitality management, this was phenomenal and made me feel so special to the store! Thank you Isla, and the whole team :).“
