Just had the pleasure of trying their food today,
Very good Thai food, and spring rolls.
I will definitely be back and I’ll be telling everyone about this little food truck.
I recently tried Thai To-Go Chicken and rice, and it was fantastic! The Pad Thai was some of the best I’ve had — perfectly cooked noodles, just the right balance of sweet, tangy, and savory, and topped with fresh herbs and crushed peanuts. You can tell they put real care into every dish.

Thai To-Go (Chicken and Rice) is a fantastic food truck serving very good, authentic Thai food. The staff are super friendly, hardworking, respectful, and personable, providing fast and great service. The food is consistently spot on, fresh, hot, and delicious, with generous portions and fair prices.
Specific dishes receive high praise. The Pad Thai is some of the best, with perfectly cooked noodles and a right balance of sweet, tangy, and savory flavors. The orange chicken is tender, sweet, very flavorful, and has a crispy batter, with an option for spice level. The combo rice and orange chicken lunch special are noted as excellent value. Appetizers are also highlighted: the spring rolls are crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor, served with a perfect dipping sauce. The gyoza are tender and the crab rangoon has an unmatched crab to cream cheese ratio.
The owners take real pride and care in every dish, resulting in fantastic food with flavor, quantity, and spice all rated highly. Customers highly recommend this food truck and state they will definitely be back.
