“My husband and I decided to check this new spot out when we wanted to get arepas. Let me say they did NOT disappoint! I was able to get one of my favorite juices (soursop) and the arepas were OUT of this world! When we’ve had them at other places, they’ve been fluffier, thicker and far too dry with little to no flavor. At 1Chick 1Bro, they were a great thickness and the total opposite of dry with a crisp from the pan on the outside. There was the wonderful flavor of the masa that I was able to enjoy. We are so excited they’re here with their incredible comida and can’t wait to go back again and try something else. Also, be sure to not sleep on the picante sauce! It was 🔥🔥🔥!”

I ordered the Reuben with homemade potato salad—both made completely from scratch—and you can taste the care in every bite. The owner is a true original: a Woodstock-attending hippie with a photo on the wall to prove it and a heart as big as her portions. When she’s not cooking for customers, she’s giving back—preparing meals for the homeless and stocking an on-site food pantry for those in need. This isn’t just a café. It’s a reminder of what community, kindness, and real food are supposed to feel like. Jax In & Out is the kind of place you don’t just visit once—you tell people about it.”

“I had my baby shower here after having gone to this place twice before and had great experiences. Alyssa was absolutely amazing before and during my event. She was so accommodating and willing to change things last minute, and even answer my questions late at night/ early in the morning! They were very flexible and reasonable with pricing. We did brunch and mimosas/ sangria, and it was a huge hit! The food was excellent and we even went home with a bunch! I highly recommend this place for your next event or just to have some good wine and food!”

“I'm a St. Pete Beach local and I still rank O'Maddy's #1 for the grouper sandwich or grouper dinner. I tend to order it 90% of the time because it's so good, but whenever I try anything else, it has been outstanding. Now add in that super cool people work there, and it's a great atmosphere, it's a must-go at least once or twice a month. Anytime people visit me form out of state, I take them here.”

I got the coffee crunch (delicious!) and my son got the cotton candy which he devoured! Perfect spot near the water.”

“I have driven by this Café about 50 times. I went in for the first time today. I must say I am upset I waited this long to eat their amazing food. I got a full Cuban sandwich, black beans, and rice and plantain. Not only was it delicious, the sandwiches was much larger than I expected. I will only get a half next time because I could not finish this one. The customer service was amazing also.”
