“I recently attended a private catered event at Flightline Cafe . We had a delicious buffet meal Salmon , Parmesan Chicken Breast , Sweet Baby Carrots. Garlic Mashed potatoes and tasty Broccoli and cheeses . Started the buffet with a delicious tossed salad with all the fixing . Washed it down with sweet tea and lemonade. The bar has top shelf drinks that keep you going back for more . Service was impeccable. The potatoes were nicely seasoned...just not crispy like I prefer. The sourdough toast....just don't! It was stale tasting and they give you No Butter!!I really needed my butter...“

“I finally came from Georgia, the rennet tastes delicious. Yes, I would have liked El cuajo to have garlic mojo and the sweet potato to have been fried. In The price, it is worth $20 The service of about a pound that includes the sweet potato, The banana and The rennet. Let me clarify that under the curd is the whole banana. They have another service. Small $12 that is smaller than the palm of my hand.“

“I recently tried the Colombian empanadas, and they were really good! I’d rate them 4/5, though they were a bit too greasy—my brown paper bag was soaked through.

I also had the passion fruit mousse dessert, which I didn't enjoy. It seemed over-beaten and had a waxy aftertaste, plus it lacked the strong passion fruit flavor.

The cakes are beautiful but expensive. I bought the Dulce de Leche with strawberries roughly 44$ 9” for 8-10 people. I’d give it a 3/5; while the taste was good, the frosting wasn't great, and the filling was minimal. The cake itself was dense and dry rather than light and spongy.
