“The chicken was amazing. Great flavor and cooked to perfection. Others in our party had a fish dinner and said it was really good. The chicken livers were cooked just right. Baked beans, coleslaw and potato salad didn't disappoint. The collard greens were on point. Not too salty and seasoned for a great taste. Definitely will be going back.“

“This KFC has the best employees EVER!! I had planned an online order and had a problem getting to the KFC in Haines City. I was going to be at least an hour late!! I called, and they told me no worries, just call when you get closer and they would start the order!! What!!! Now, that is customer service!! So I called and told them I was closer!! A few minutes later, I received a phone call from the original lady I had talked with. She asked if I had called!! I told her I had and told her where I was on the highway. She told me she would start the order!! WOW!! When I arrived, they were just waiting on the FAMOUS KFC biscuits!! They apologized! WAIT...I am the one late!! They made me feel so special and not a problem, child!! Thank you for the FANTASTIC Customer Service and the sweet kindness!!“

“When we got our drinks my mom got the wrong drink and a gentleman named Joel P helped us and was super polite about it, unfortunately our food also had a hair in it and we informed Joel about this and he ran the food to the back to get it fixed immediately, Joel is an amazing help and a core member of what Chick Fil A stands for! Joel is absolutely amazing.“
