So rare to find autnetic Puerto Rican food that isn’t dripping in oil/grease!! And you can tell it isn’t old oil either. But clutch your pearls because it is HIGHLY seasoned, my Mexican husband thought it was too much and I thought it was just right (me being Puerto Rican) haha!

We went for lechon asado 2 weeks ago and it was sold out. We decided to order pollo asado,arroz y batata dulce. Everything was good and the food was fresh. We also tried tres leches you must have one.
