Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves freshly made food. The Asian glaze chicken strips are pretty good, and the kids loved their milkshakes. The food was hot. However, there were ants in one of the booths. While the food and service are on par for the chain, some issues exist. Do not place a curbside order, as customers have had to wait ten minutes with an empty parking lot and then go inside to be stared at. On the other hand, some employees provide exceptional service. Mary pays attention to detail and is friendly and helpful with special orders. Another employee named Luma always came to the rescue when there were technical issues placing orders ahead of time. The whole crew looks very happy, and the work atmosphere is something special.
