“Donuts yummy, coffee so-so! Service of the young girl not that great, the other lady, lovely, gave me a free donut <3
The first girl who attended me, young, not rude but just no customer service skills. I asked which is better: caramel latte or caramel mocha latte, she goes, they're the same... hmmm! Anyhow, I pointed to the screen and ordered the caramel latte (the picture shows a latte with whip cream and caramel drizzle), she hands me a plain latte, I asked, can I also get the whip cream and caramel topping? She adds whip cream, hands it back, I say, and the caramel? Then she says, well I'll give it for now but it costs extra.. hmmm, again I pointed to the screen, and said that's what I ordered, it has whip cream and caramel. Anyhow..
So I sat there, had my latte with a donut.
Some time later, the other lady comes up to me and hands me a hot, fresh donut, soo good, and soo nice of her!“

“We were spending the night at the Homewood Suites next-door to this Dunkin’ Donuts. We popped in for a late afternoon, iced coffee and the service was fantastic. A sweet gal named Tocarra was working. She was very friendly-what a great crew member. This Dunkin’ is fortunate to have her!“

“The girls in the DD shop are awesome and hard working. They know each of their customers name and always greet you with a smile. Mary who helps in the back and Angie who is the manager are always great and accommodating.
The foot traffic that they have is constant, always new people coming into the shop and they never miss a beat.
Thank you ladies for all you do. Dealing with customers is not easy but you make it so.“

“Good morning good people, I'm a loyal perks member and I noticed one of my perk offer maybe a typo 1.99 medium hot or ice coffee. This must be an error because the hot coffee that I normally buy cost 1.89+tx, it would be nice if corporate correct this oversight please and thank you.“

“The employees here are very kind. This location makes your coffee correct to order and the food is provided warm. I honestly wanted to leave this review though after noting the bee issue they have in the bushes along their drive-thru. There was a bit of a language barrier in explaining this to them through the drive through and I just wanted to reiterate in hopes that they call out a bee keeper to save and relocate these bees rather than exterminating them. There were a lot of bees and there’s likely a hive/colony nearby.“

“I love DD. I'm a Boston cream fan but, they are really really cheap with the cream. I have to take 3 or 4 bites before I even taste it and by then I'm almost done with the donut. I have a suggestion, try filling your donuts with nutella. I think it would sell, who doesn't like nutella?“
