Good tacos. Authentic. Decent price too. Would definitely come back for more
The most delicious authentic Mexican food we've had here so far. And something that we've been searching for since we moved to florida. This is a tiny little haul in the wall. Takeout place with the most charming family that runs it at the end of a street that you would never know was there?We will be back many, many times and this will be one of our regular places. Taqueria Mexicana El Tarazco is a small, authentic Mexican restaurant located at the end of a strip mall. Despite being a bit pricey, the food is excellent and very authentic, not Tex-Mex. The limited seating inside is supplemented with additional tables outside. The tacos, enchiladas, and salsa are tasty, making it a great spot to enjoy a no-nonsense, genuine Mexican meal.
The inside is funky with sombreros and Mexican cha-cha all over the walls, and a TV plays Mexican novellas or news. The two women working there speak Spanish only, and they make their own tortillas. The red hot sauce is truly hot, and they use cojita cheese, which is tangy and full of zest. The enchiladas with steak and red chili sauce are absolutely amazing.
People are friendly, and the owner is helpful, even sharing stories about the history of the Mexican Revolution. The trip tacos are a favorite, and the service is pretty good. Though the place is small and not too fancy, the food is top-notch quality. Highly recommended for something authentic and unique.
