To know that our vision was truly brought to pass from a tasting and a few sketches was amazing. We are from Georgia and had the wedding in Miami... the distance had us a little frightened because we had never used ET Cakes before but we trusted them at our first meeting. “It was a Saturday morning the first time I came to Caracas Bakery and I gotta be honest, I was so frustrated as it was so busy, I decided to leave and dine somewhere else, just because I didn’t want to wait in line.

I decided to give them a second chance, this time it was after a beach day early in a Saturday afternoon, there were some empty chairs this time, and it couldn’t go any better. I loved it!!

I had their flat white, perfectly balanced and with the right intensity coming through, priced pretty competitively.

I got to sample their turkey egg croissant and the breakfast sandwich. They were both great, but that breakfast sandwich was next level.

I couldn’t resist to have a dessert before leaving so I went for the cream Danish, it was delicious. The guava and cheese danish is on my list for next time.

All in all, I loved it and will repeat it pretty soon.“

“Our croissants was delicious and enormous! They have mainly croissants but of all kinds. Some looked very tempting but too rich this early in the morning. The place open pretty early contrary to a lot of breakfast places in the area that open at 8:00. That was definitely a plus for us early risers! There are a few tables but it seems to be more a pick up and go kind of place although it is very cute! I will return to try more of their croissants. They also have catering. The decorations were purchased in Amazon (that’s why they’re small) but I’m glad that the decorations weren’t too flashy & simple. Other than this cake, I recommend their pastries, unique desserts (such as “Alabao”) & the Nutella cheesecake.
