Thyme machine is a perma-parked food truck serving up authentic and savory Lebanese fare in Brickell. There's outside seating at picnic tables. I tried a man'ouche with zatar and labneh and it was an amazing blend of warm goat cheese, veggies, and spices. For a spot of sweet the honeyed baklava was a perfect ending.
Third time I order from here. This time a big order. It was prepared by a lady that had just started working with them (I unfortunately forgot her name, Cuban background). She was a sweetheart and very efficient. The food was delicious as always!
