If you look at the pictures they look great but when you actually get here the food looks just like the photos and it's outstanding! “We wanted traditional Haitian/Caribbean food and this place has it. You know this when everyone in the place (except us) were from the Caribbean. Everything is so good! I had the Mixed Veggies, which is a kind of stew made with meat bones. My husband had the fried chicken. Both come with plantains and rice. We had the black rice, a first to us, and it’s really good.“

“I love the fried plantains. They are always fresh, crisp and delicious. Great with their homemade pickling. The oxtails are juicy and tender. And when you don't want meat, their fish is fried to perfection and seasoned well. I also tried the fried shrimp during their special. Shrimp fried very well, though they are small. I don't speak Creole but their staff is very pleasant.“
