“Long but worth the read! The food was great but what won me over was the 10 star service I received! I placed an order using uber eats however when the uber driver gave me the food it was the incorrect order. He picked up an order for a Josh S instead of “Josh W”. I honestly would have let it be however I ordered over $130+ food and the order I received was nowhere near equivalent. I contacted uber eats through a form but couldn’t reach them so I called the restaurant. The manager “Richard” mentioned that they had the food but didn’t have any drivers. I would have drove to pick it up however I had no vehicle due to flying in for a cruise. Richard took my number and told me he’ll personally drive to my hotel. When he got there he mentioned that he misplaced the paperwork with my number so he went to the front desk and asked if they had any way of locating me using my first name! (He could have easily given up but this guy went the extra mile AGAIN). Next thing I know I received a call from the front desk telling me he was there. All honesty the food was great, however it’s due to Richard’s incredible service and going the extra mile that is going to have me returning again on my next trip to Miami! I can’t thank him enough for stepping out to do what they normally don’t do, just to make sure I was taken care of! Richard I’ll be in town again in February and I’m coming back because of YOU! Did I mentioned it was raining outside as well! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!“

“I'm here from Ohio and let me tell you that you need to come here to this place! If you look at the pictures they look great but when you actually get here the food looks just like the photos and it's outstanding! EVERYTHING was good! 😋We had macaroni and cheese, yams, rice, fried ribs, fried chicken, pound cake and the lemonade. 🔥💯👍🏾“

“We wanted traditional Haitian/Caribbean food and this place has it. You know this when everyone in the place (except us) were from the Caribbean. Everything is so good! I had the Mixed Veggies, which is a kind of stew made with meat bones. My husband had the fried chicken. Both come with plantains and rice. We had the black rice, a first to us, and it’s really good.“

“I love the fried plantains. They are always fresh, crisp and delicious. Great with their homemade pickling. The oxtails are juicy and tender. And when you don't want meat, their fish is fried to perfection and seasoned well. I also tried the fried shrimp during their special. Shrimp fried very well, though they are small. I don't speak Creole but their staff is very pleasant.“

“I tried their seafood soup with no sausage for the first time. You can taste the freshness, especially from the mussels.

I also appreciate the little card board at the bottom of the bag, great for eating in the car when you want to keep your soup hot.“
