This place is atmospheric to the max. At our lunchtime there was parking along the west side of the building. The interior is colorful, tropical, ramshackle, with lots of framed photos of people. You order at the counter, choose your table and wait. The food comes out, they call out your name and find your way to the counter. During my recent visits to Chef Creole, I unfortunately encountered some challenges with communication and order accuracy. It was quite frustrating that contacting them by phone seemed impossible, as I could never reach anyone. However, when I decided to visit the restaurant in person, I often faced an unwelcoming attitude from the staff. Delicious food!! Fast service!! I will definitely be back!! I got the shrimp and conch platter. Wife had the oxtails... the conch was the most tender that I've had and the oxtails were falling off the bone.. the oxtail gravy was ridiculously seasoned!!
