Cortadito Café's has the best BBQ in Hialeah! I went to try the BBQ and it was amazing... Finger licking good!!! The ribs were juicy and slid right of the bone. The Chicken was cook to perfection and the homemade BBQ sauce was tangy and sweet complementing the food well. SELA COMIERON!!! Hit this place up.... FYI; BBQ is only Friday....
The new owner is AMAZING!! He is super attentive and amicable. Got to meet his wife, she did an awesome job decorating. Needless to say, the Pan con Bistec I ordered was just as awesome as the service! Delicious food and over the top service; this place is a total HIT!

Very good Cuban and Latin cuisine. Very well seasoned food that will make you go back for more. The owner has not been improvised, as he has many years of experience in the business. He is a successful cook and his loyal clientele (like me) can attest to that. Just go there once and you will be extremely pleased you did. To say the opposite doesn't do any honest justice, especially coming from the competition or an unhappy ex employee. Cheers!
