“⭐⭐⭐ Chipotle Mexican Grill
Golden day! 💛
Chipotle is one of those places I visit regularly when I want a quick, fresh, and reliable meal. During this visit, I dined in around 5:50 p.m. While the shopping plaza parking lot was busy because of the surrounding businesses, the restaurant itself wasn’t crowded. There was no wait, the dining area was clean, and ordering was quick.
The food was the highlight of this visit. Everything tasted fresh, and one thing I appreciate about this location is that if an ingredient has been sitting for a while, the staff has no problem preparing a fresh batch if you politely ask. That attention to freshness is one of the reasons I continue to return.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 comes down to a small customer service issue at checkout. I placed two separate orders and requested the correct receipt for each purchase. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly given the wrong receipt and had to ask multiple times before it was corrected. While it wasn’t a major issue, accuracy at checkout is important, especially when customers need separate receipts. A little more attention to detail would have made the experience even better.

Don’t judge this location by the parking lot. Parking can be challenging during rush hour because of the surrounding businesses, but the restaurant itself may still be fast and uncrowded. If your schedule is flexible, visiting later in the evening usually makes parking much easier.

“I had a really good experience at this Chipotle! Claudia was super friendly and welcoming, and she made sure my order came out just right. She had a great attitude, worked quickly, and really made the whole visit enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about good customer service.
The restaurant was also really clean and well kept, which made eating there even better. The food was fresh, tasty, and everything was made perfectly. Overall, this was one of the best Chipotle visits I’ve had, and Claudia’s awesome service really stood out. I’ll definitely be going back!“
