“Great setting, clean establishment, food was fresh. I visit Chipotle's at least 2-3 times a week and this location deserved this review. Well done, and the had their entire team working together for fast service even when the line was out the door !

“I don’t know why this place gets so much hate. I see most of the bad reviews were from 2025 so it appears that either those employees have departed or Chipotle corporate finally cracked down on this place.

Regardless, the situation seems to have improved. My personal experiences at this Chipotle have always been very positive. Portion sizes are fair if not generous. Employees are courteous and in good moods. The only real downside I have encountered with this location is that it always has a long line (this is obviously not Chipotle’s fault; on the contrary it could serve as an endorsement).

Thankfully, staff seem to move them quickly. I plan to return here again.“

“We came to this location after having a really disappointing experience at another Chipotle, and Anthony completely turned our day around.

My first pregnancy craving was Chipotle, so I asked if there was any fresh steak. Anthony was in the middle of cutting fresh chicken and told me, “If you can wait a minute, I’ll make it happen.”

I literally wanted to cry! His patience, kindness, and genuine care made today extra, extra special. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but to me, it meant so much.

“Chipotle Mexican Grill is honestly one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in Miami or New York. I don’t know how they do it, but I’ve never had a bad experience yet. The service is always quick, the food is consistent, and even though they sometimes add new items here and there, the menu stays familiar enough that you know exactly what you’re getting and the quality is the same no matter which branch you walk into.

My bowl is basically a ritual at this point: brown or white rice (depending on the mood), always beans, and without fail, guacamole and cheese. They never miss. I’ve also been getting into their drinks lately. One of my favourites was this juice blend with turmeric, cardamom, and orange. And if you like something a bit fruity and refreshing, the Agua Berry Fresca is lovely too, with apple cider vinegar, strawberry, and pomegranate.

All in all, I’d absolutely recommend Chipotle to anyone.“

“It was my first time having Chipotle and it was a good experience. I got a burrito and I added beans, a white sauce, and the meat was really good too.

The line was slightly long and the food court was busy at the time and you could tell the staff were a bit frustrated but they did a good job and the food was great.“

Not only does he serve with a smile, but his energy is always on point — it’s actually hilarious how much he resembles Caleb Martin too. “I personally don't understand some of these reviews. I think the food is always on point and service is always phenomenal. Especially people like Frank that always make feel like part of the family. The restaurant business is hard and some people are insanely picky. I love this place so much I easily come anywhere from 3-5 times per week. This location gets hit hard by the university crowd which makes it busy and sometimes doesn't allow for enough time to clean up after them. But I personally always appreciate how hard they work at trying to keep this place looking great and having food at the ready at all times. So THANK YOU!“
