“Had a really great experience at this Chipotle location. Jacquelyn was especially wonderful — I mentioned that my daughter loves the vinaigrette, and even while she was helping multiple customers at once, she still took the time to make some for us. That meant a lot and showed such thoughtful customer service. She was kind, attentive, and handled everything so well during a busy time. The other employees were also great, friendly, and hardworking. Overall, such a positive experience, and I really appreciated the care from the whole team.“
“This Chipotle is hands down one of the best locations around. The restaurant is always spotless, which you notice the moment you walk in. The food is consistently fresh, the portions are great, and everything tastes like it was just made.

“It was my first time having Chipotle and it was a good experience. I got a burrito and I added beans, a white sauce, and the meat was really good too.
The line was slightly long and the food court was busy at the time and you could tell the staff were a bit frustrated but they did a good job and the food was great.“
“Chipotle Mexican Grill is honestly one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in Miami or New York. I don’t know how they do it, but I’ve never had a bad experience yet. The service is always quick, the food is consistent, and even though they sometimes add new items here and there, the menu stays familiar enough that you know exactly what you’re getting and the quality is the same no matter which branch you walk into.
My bowl is basically a ritual at this point: brown or white rice (depending on the mood), always beans, and without fail, guacamole and cheese. They never miss. I’ve also been getting into their drinks lately. One of my favourites was this juice blend with turmeric, cardamom, and orange. And if you like something a bit fruity and refreshing, the Agua Berry Fresca is lovely too, with apple cider vinegar, strawberry, and pomegranate.
All in all, I’d absolutely recommend Chipotle to anyone.“

I don’t know how to pronounce his name perfectly, but this guy has always been the best with customer service and you can tell he enjoys his job; it shows for the customers I appreciate him… unfortunately, they didn’t have vinaigrette dressing this time around, but hopefully next time they will“

Honestly, other Chipotle locations should take a page out of this one’s playbook when it comes to staff warmth and efficiency behind the line. That said, the ordered items were a bit lighter in portion compared to other locations, and the chips were borderline stale. Still, the genuinely warm reception and upbeat service almost make up for those shortcomings — service like that goes a long way. 🌟“

“I personally don't understand some of these reviews. I think the food is always on point and service is always phenomenal. Especially people like Frank that always make feel like part of the family. The restaurant business is hard and some people are insanely picky. I love this place so much I easily come anywhere from 3-5 times per week. This location gets hit hard by the university crowd which makes it busy and sometimes doesn't allow for enough time to clean up after them. But I personally always appreciate how hard they work at trying to keep this place looking great and having food at the ready at all times. So THANK YOU!“
“Make sure you have Bryan serving you. He is hands down the MVP of the place. Not only does he serve with a smile, but his energy is always on point — it’s actually hilarious how much he resembles Caleb Martin too. He’s got that rare mix of a great attitude, generous portions, and a humble spirit. You can just tell he’s destined for big things. This guy isn’t just a good worker — he’s that guy.

Bryan is an absolute LEGEND. Seriously, this guy deserves a raise ASAP! Every single time I come in, he’s positive, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Customer service like this is almost impossible to find nowadays. If Bryan is working, you’re guaranteed to leave happy. “We have patronized this Chipotle for more than 10 years.
They have a new hire who works the cash register. To say this person is lacking in customer service skills is an understatement. I've had 2 dealings with them. The last time, I filed a formal complaint with Corporate as the manager supposedly was not available.
We now don't eat at Chipotle as often, and when we do, I drive another 30 minutes farther to go to another one.“
