“Coming here for a couple years now. Most professional Chipotle in the city. Staff are the best(even if you can see they are having a bad day they will put on a smile when they turn to you or reluctantly offer extra dressing when they didnt have to). The food is consistant and MOST IMPORTANT the portions are legit.“
“Had a really great experience at this Chipotle location. Jacquelyn was especially wonderful — I mentioned that my daughter loves the vinaigrette, and even while she was helping multiple customers at once, she still took the time to make some for us. That meant a lot and showed such thoughtful customer service. She was kind, attentive, and handled everything so well during a busy time. The other employees were also great, friendly, and hardworking. Overall, such a positive experience, and I really appreciated the care from the whole team.“

“fast service as always, good and fresh food. FYI - they charge you for each extra side you order here unlike most chipotles ive visited. I saw someone complaining about it and they could care less.
Management Advice- sometimes its just better to give out something for free then to fight with a customer for a side that costs the employees nothing. Its a bad look“
“🥤🌯🫔🌮🥬🍅 Chipotle Mexican Grill with a super friendly staff and quick turnaround on orders. Honestly, other Chipotle locations should take a page out of this one’s playbook when it comes to staff warmth and efficiency behind the line. That said, the ordered items were a bit lighter in portion compared to other locations, and the chips were borderline stale. Still, the genuinely warm reception and upbeat service almost make up for those shortcomings — service like that goes a long way. 🌟“
“Chipotle Mexican Grill is honestly one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in Miami or New York. I don’t know how they do it, but I’ve never had a bad experience yet. The service is always quick, the food is consistent, and even though they sometimes add new items here and there, the menu stays familiar enough that you know exactly what you’re getting and the quality is the same no matter which branch you walk into.
My bowl is basically a ritual at this point: brown or white rice (depending on the mood), always beans, and without fail, guacamole and cheese. They never miss. I’ve also been getting into their drinks lately. One of my favourites was this juice blend with turmeric, cardamom, and orange. And if you like something a bit fruity and refreshing, the Agua Berry Fresca is lovely too, with apple cider vinegar, strawberry, and pomegranate.
All in all, I’d absolutely recommend Chipotle to anyone.“
“I have been to this location multiple times since moving to south Miami. Location was clean, bathrooms were clean. I showed up 20 minutes before my order was promised on the app and every one was friendly.
If you don’t know Miami customer service is hit or miss… this chipotle has been consistent!“
“Wow!!! Just wow!! I walked into chipotle after not having it for over 2 years.. was greeted as soon as I walked in by the manager. She had such a warm welcoming aura and made me feel so welcome to be at her restaurant. The service I got at this establishment was so refreshing. I felt like I was at home. Clean dining room, clean restrooms, overall amazing experience. The portion sizes were bigger than expected and I left excited about my next visit. I asked for the managers name, her name was Natalie. I hope she’s working when I go in next, she is truly dedicated to quality!“
“Just abother Chipotle offering good burritos and bowls. A good variety for all tastes. The portions are a good amount and I’d recommend the chicken burrito with everything, including guacamole. It’ll be a huge burrito to enjoy and end up full. The staff was nice. This location is not so full, so no waiting time. There is enough parking btw.“

“We have patronized this Chipotle for more than 10 years.
They have a new hire who works the cash register. To say this person is lacking in customer service skills is an understatement. I've had 2 dealings with them. The last time, I filed a formal complaint with Corporate as the manager supposedly was not available.
We now don't eat at Chipotle as often, and when we do, I drive another 30 minutes farther to go to another one.“
“The food was prepared as ordered and good temperature. The place was clean. The only thing I would change is the access to the restaurant. It is best on foot. I did not see any parking except on the side of the building which was for pick up and drop off only (I figured I am picking up food 😆). Maybe the restaurant can put sign(s) outside to point the direction to restaurant (I had to look for it - it is on the side of the condominium next to ongoing traffic) and parking.
Aside from that I would come here again. :)“
“I’m usually not the type of person who writes a review just to complain, but honestly I was pretty disappointed this time. This has always been my go-to place to buy food, even though there’s another location closer to my house. But during my last visit, the service was really not good. The portions they served me were so small that I even asked if they could add a little more, and they barely tried to fix it. The staff also wasn’t as friendly as usual. I noticed it wasn’t the same team that’s normally there, but it definitely made this visit feel very different from the great experiences I’ve had here before. 😕“
“Customer services was good one lady look in a good vibe . But the food wise I always go to the one in Brickell and is great but this location don’t feeling the bowl and I made the same order every time I go to chipotle. Definitely in food wise mmm is a NO.“
“I went today with my wife ordered carnitas . Host Isnayana, excellent person kind friendly she oriented us about spice or no food. I would like recommend her to other level in customer services and also recommend this place clean organized and of course Isnayana!!“
“DoorDash order was spot on. Portions were great. I got a chicken burrito, side of chicken, chips & guacamole, and an Izze.

“Great setting, clean establishment, food was fresh. I visit Chipotle's at least 2-3 times a week and this location deserved this review. Well done, and the had their entire team working together for fast service even when the line was out the door !
I will be returning to this location.“
