“Had a really great experience at this Chipotle location. Jacquelyn was especially wonderful — I mentioned that my daughter loves the vinaigrette, and even while she was helping multiple customers at once, she still took the time to make some for us. That meant a lot and showed such thoughtful customer service. She was kind, attentive, and handled everything so well during a busy time. The other employees were also great, friendly, and hardworking. Overall, such a positive experience, and I really appreciated the care from the whole team.“
“This Chipotle is hands down one of the best locations around. The restaurant is always spotless, which you notice the moment you walk in. The food is consistently fresh, the portions are great, and everything tastes like it was just made.

“Tristen the employee/cashier was very helpful in assisting me with my order, his great attitude made the entire difference for me as there was some confusion with my mobile order from the system itself, this young man deserves a promotion !
Also the chef who cooked the food It tasted great! The only thing this restaurant is missing is maybe a little music in the background that way when you’re eating your food, you don’t hear the normal sounds of a kitchen.“
“Chipotle Mexican Grill is honestly one of my go-to spots whenever I’m in Miami or New York. I don’t know how they do it, but I’ve never had a bad experience yet. The service is always quick, the food is consistent, and even though they sometimes add new items here and there, the menu stays familiar enough that you know exactly what you’re getting and the quality is the same no matter which branch you walk into.
My bowl is basically a ritual at this point: brown or white rice (depending on the mood), always beans, and without fail, guacamole and cheese. They never miss. I’ve also been getting into their drinks lately. One of my favourites was this juice blend with turmeric, cardamom, and orange. And if you like something a bit fruity and refreshing, the Agua Berry Fresca is lovely too, with apple cider vinegar, strawberry, and pomegranate.
All in all, I’d absolutely recommend Chipotle to anyone.“
“fast service as always, good and fresh food. FYI - they charge you for each extra side you order here unlike most chipotles ive visited. I saw someone complaining about it and they could care less.
Management Advice- sometimes its just better to give out something for free then to fight with a customer for a side that costs the employees nothing. Its a bad look“

Honestly, other Chipotle locations should take a page out of this one’s playbook when it comes to staff warmth and efficiency behind the line. That said, the ordered items were a bit lighter in portion compared to other locations, and the chips were borderline stale. Still, the genuinely warm reception and upbeat service almost make up for those shortcomings — service like that goes a long way. 🌟“
“I have been to this location multiple times since moving to south Miami. Location was clean, bathrooms were clean. I showed up 20 minutes before my order was promised on the app and every one was friendly.
If you don’t know Miami customer service is hit or miss… this chipotle has been consistent!“
“Just abother Chipotle offering good burritos and bowls. A good variety for all tastes. The portions are a good amount and I’d recommend the chicken burrito with everything, including guacamole. It’ll be a huge burrito to enjoy and end up full. The staff was nice. This location is not so full, so no waiting time. There is enough parking btw.“

From the moment you walk in, the cleanliness of the store stands out. The dining area, service line, and overall environment are always well-maintained, which immediately creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
What truly sets this location apart, however, is the outstanding service provided by the front-line team—especially Jason, Eniel, and Bobby. Ever since they’ve been working the front, the level of service has noticeably improved. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Each interaction feels positive and efficient, and they go above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience.

“We have patronized this Chipotle for more than 10 years.
They have a new hire who works the cash register. To say this person is lacking in customer service skills is an understatement. I've had 2 dealings with them. The last time, I filed a formal complaint with Corporate as the manager supposedly was not available.
We now don't eat at Chipotle as often, and when we do, I drive another 30 minutes farther to go to another one.“
“The food was prepared as ordered and good temperature. The place was clean. The only thing I would change is the access to the restaurant. It is best on foot. I did not see any parking except on the side of the building which was for pick up and drop off only (I figured I am picking up food 😆). Maybe the restaurant can put sign(s) outside to point the direction to restaurant (I had to look for it - it is on the side of the condominium next to ongoing traffic) and parking.
Aside from that I would come here again. :)“

“When I visited recently and I was served by a young man named Mandy, he was truly a great soul, and such a sweetheart as well. He was very attentive to what I said when I was ordering and very respectful as well, even when I was done ordering he cashed me out as well, and he also took time to clean the table I was eating at.
