It’s take entirely too long to get your food ordered online you get ignored when you get there I had to wait an additional 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me at the window. I did an online order this location got to do better with their service.
I don’t know why this place gets so much hate. I see most of the bad reviews were from 2025 so it appears that either those employees have departed or Chipotle corporate finally cracked down on this place.
