“Excellent customer service. This is the only McDonald's drive-thru I have visited where they serve you with patience and friendliness. The food is great, and the restaurant interior is very clean, but the drive-thru service is truly outstanding.“

“Love this McDonalds, fast, accurate, quick to process if you drive through. There is a young man in the window (names escape) who is through, always reads back your order and ensures accuracy. Definitely recommend. Only comment is the shake machine has been an issue now and then, seems all McDonald have that problem.“

“I come here often because of the playground, but honestly the Staff is what made me leave a review. Such a fantastic, engaging, and pleasant staff. They are super nice, and quickly give you whatever you ask. They bring your food to the table 🫶 its the best service than anywhere else!“

“This is my go-to McDonald’s whenever I’m craving their french fries. No matter the time, even at 2am! This location is always open and ready to serve. I usually use the drive-thru, but I also appreciate the convenience of the touchscreen kiosks inside. The staff here are typically young, friendly, and efficient. The food quality is consistently good, and as long as my fries are hot, I’m satisfied!

Parking is easy with a private lot and additional spaces within the shopping plaza.“

“The last time I came to this McDonald's, the service was better. They would pay attention to the order and bring it to your table. Now, they call out your ticket number so you can go to the counter and pick up your order in a to-go bag, even if you request to eat at a table. The atmosphere is great, with quiet music. The food tastes good, but I think it could be improved slightly. Other than that, everything is great.“

“My twelve-year-old daughter made the unroll so I treated her and 2 of friends for lunch at school. I went in and got a big order.
I think I even left a tip because the two ladies to help me out were great.I told him what it was for and they were so happy to help out“

“The level of service and attention I got was amazing today. Yureidys Hernandez went above and beyond, who is the most pleasant person we've ever been served by. She has amazing customer service and communication skills, therefore making this McDonald's a go to. This is how she interacts with everyone, and everyone in the morning asks for her. Kudos to her and I hope corporate recognizes her at some point, it is much deserved.“

Purchased a Grandma Mcflurry, I was disappointed as it wasn't made how its advertised it was missing the syrup and had some crunchy candy. I called to complain but no one answered. I went today May 28th 2024 I spoke with Manager Carla and with no second thought she asked me if I would like another one and she made it this time with the syrup and alot more crunchy candy, great customer service from Carla.“

“Once a week I shop here and the truth is that today the attention I received from the girls who serve the window outside was very unpleasant, apart from the fact that they put my order wrong, they get upset because I repeat it and they don't even give you a purchase receipt. Turn my back on you and not serve you, what a lack of respect ??‍♀️“

“Went two days in a row, food quality was vastly different. First day, fries were good but nuggets were slightly overcooked. 2nd day nuggets were good although cold, fries were extremely overcooked. Orders don't come with napkins unless you ask. That's difficult to do here because only two people seem to speak English.“

“Angel in the drive thru of this McDonald's location has been the best server I have seen in years!!!! So much so that I remembered his name the second time I visited. He is a great example of what customer service should look like and I hope he truly receives the recognition he deserves!“
