I’ve never had an issue when going to this location compared to the others. The food is nice and fresh, the staff is really nice and attentive, and the wait times are not long at all. I always walk out really happy and satisfied when I pick up food here. This is definitely the right location to go to if you’re thinking of picking up Pollo Tropical for dinner and don’t want to deal with any issues
I went here for a change and ordered a newer item on the menu called a tropical chop which contains pork, steak and 1/4 chicken. The sides were sweet plantains, rice, and black beans. The beans are cook to a soupy state. Not sure if they're soaked first. Overall the meal is good and the price is competitive to other fast food joints

The food is super delicious. Beans are the best. My kids don't eat any beans other than those specifically from this store. The employees are very friendly, we really have a good time because as we go every day they already know us and treat us as if we were family. I really appreciate that I will live near there.
