Starbucks in Hialeah

“I don't know what is different at this location, but the drinks just taste like flavored milk. You can't taste any coffee/espresso in them. I even order the blonde espresso sometimes because they say that's the strongest they have, but you can barely taste it.At other locations, the drinks are stronger.Other than that, thr location is clean and service is fast. I only wish there was a way to give tips AFTER you've been able to sample your purchase because sometimes it isn't good and doesn't deserve one.My only other not-so-good experience is with the food. They taste like those pre-packaged military meals. The eggs don't taste real. They taste powdery. I don't like that.Overall, this is a great place to grab coffee, whether through the drive-thru or dine-in. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. Everyone speaks perfect English here and are very kind, patient, knowledgeable of the products, and helpful. I will definitely return to this location.Drink up! ☕“

“I loved this Starbucks, almost every day I go to different Starbucks but this one in particular meets all my expectations since they prepare the drink exactly as I ask for it, I regularly order the summer skies drink with extra boba and little ice and they charge me the extra but they don't give me what I ask for and here they did, thank you Gabi and Yuli for your excellent attention.❤️❤️❤️“

“The store was spotless! Eden was so great! She set a fantastic atmosphere in the store when i had walked in with a wonderful greeting and made the BEST pink drink i ever had! Eden made sure everything was so awesome and that i enjoyed all my items! After that i saw eden run outside to clean up, such dedication i hope the managers see how amazing of a worker they have!! After i sat for a while I see the leadership from Rachel and all i can say is wow, what a great team this place has! Rachel was so sweet to her team and very soft spoken, i ordered another drink and she helped me pick out because i just wasn’t sure, she was so sweet! “I typically do not return drinks from Starbucks, but on this occasion, I absolutely hated the drink. Apparently the Matcha used was changed from a sweetened to an unsweetened version by the company. I was having a horrible morning when I ordered the beverage and to my surprise, it was equally as terrible. Thankfully, the customer service at this location was incredible. Without any hesitation or attitude they redid my order and were willing to go above and beyond. I honestly was so happy with their cooperation that it completely changed my experience. This is a heavy traffic Starbucks and those young individuals work hard. They are great!“

Angie, at the window if im not mistaken,was incredibly friendly and welcoming.she took the time to ask how my day was going and my drink came out super fast, waited no longer than 4 minutes in the drive thru.
