I am a regular costumer at this subway. Today I made an online order, picked it up shortly after and when I got home, part of the order was missing. I went back to the store and I we were told that we needed to pay for a new sub since the crew that had prepared my ordered had already left for the day. Really, what a ridiculous excuse. This is not a good way to treat any costumer, let along someone that is a regular.
I dont know if all subways are like this lately but the cold cuts and salads looked absolutely unappealing and gross. But i needed the sandwich so i got the Turkey. It was acceptable but nothing good. My soda was warm. When I was a kid going subway was something is look forward to. Go to publix next door instead.
