“Whatever the time of day, you can go to old Dixie and find something great to eat. Recent updates really improved the atmosphere, and it’s clean and the staff is friendly and fast. You’d like to do takeout? Usually ready within 15 to 20 minutes, and well packaged. We picked up the chicken français the other night and it was so so good. You also get a side of salad and rolls and everything you need if you want to go to the beach with it or take it home. Great place.👍😊“

“Fabulous Birthday celebration with amazing hors doeuvres, wine pairings and a delicious, decadent main course and dessert to die for. The shop itself has a vast array of unique gift, and food and wine items. SO much to see and everyone is absolutely lovely. I'll probably go back tomorrow!“

“Cypress Cafe is definitely a local treasure. Breakfast menu is huge, coffee was good, and every table was filled. Prices for all budgets from $7.95 to $15.00 and worth every penny. We would have have posted food pics, but were just too hungry.“

“Excellent service. Our server was absolutely fantastic. She didn’t hover. But checked in with us. Other than a different server forgetting to bring us butter 🤭 it was perfect!
My husband just suggests warmed plates as the air conditioners cool things down quick.

“I really enjoyed my visit here. The restaurant has a warm, family-friendly ambiance that immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The food overall was really good and clearly prepared with care. Our waitresses were especially wonderful—very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering easy and pleasant.
My coffee was good and paired nicely with the meal, and I have to say the toast was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. I ordered a veggie omelette, and while I liked the taste, my only real issue was the size of the onions. They were cut very large, which took away a bit from the balance of the omelette for me. Smaller pieces would have made it much more enjoyable.
One thing to note is that they don’t offer protein pancakes, which might be a downside for some people looking for that option. On the positive side, parking is plentiful and very convenient. The entrance is also accessible for people with disabilities, though someone may need to help by holding the door.
Overall, despite the small issue with the omelette, I had a positive experience. The friendly service, good food, and comfortable atmosphere make this a place I would recommend and would consider visiting again.“

“I never write reviews But this definitely deserves one. Ate here for breakfast on Sunday delicious eggs Benedict came back on Wednesday and had a delicious Reuben sandwich with a Caesar salad. Prices are reasonable food comes out hot like it should. I think the staff was wonderful attentive. Place is very clean…. Definitely worth going.“

“This little cafe is just wonderful and old school! Lisa, the waitress is kind, happy and just a hoot! She makes you feel right at home and like she’s known you for years. My Dad and I have enjoyed going here for breakfast together and plan to be back many more times. The food is fast,inexpensive and delicious!“

“Been here twice. The last time I had the trifecta with sunny side up eggs, lemon ricotta pancake and crispy bacon, my go to favorite. Today I had avocado toast with two eggs over easy and it was delicious. This store is so much better than the one in West Palm Beach!“

“I come here all the time and it’s always a great experience! Staff are friendly. Food is great. Never had a bad experience after dozens of visits. Highly recommend!
Tip: We’ve been to a lot of different First Watch locations and this location by far has the best (crunchiest) granola.“

“We came right when it opened for the amazing happy hour! Food was DELICIOUS! I had the steak, clam chowder, and Apple crisp dessert (which was a happy hour special). Everything is homemade and fresh. The service was perfect and personable and the owner came to say hi to us and made us feel at home. Beautiful place, extremely clean, conveniently located next to fun shops. I will definitely be back!“
