“I want to give them 10 Stars if I could..I had a horrible experience at the subway in New Port Richey off of 54 I ordered online waited 40 minutes for my food was told my order was cancelled and to contact them to find out the reason why I tried three times to call so then I drove up there and was told they don't honor coupons and they were just awful so I drove to the one in Holiday.Sarah, James and Candi. Were absolutely amazing my food was prepared absolutely perfectly they were polite they were very professional and did honor the subway app coupon. These employees were wonderful. And even though I paid for my dinner twice tonight I did not regret it I will never go back to the one that's closest to my house I will always drive a little bit further and go to the one in Holiday.“

Just be prepared to wait even if you call your order in to avoid waiting in the Florida heat. Its not a long wait but it's a slight inconvenience if you're trying to hurry. “This is a small sandwich shop in a strip mall. There was plenty of parking. We stopped for lunch on our way home from an appointment. The owners and staff are very welcoming! I ordered a BLT and my husband ordered chicken salad as a salad. I like the fact that it's canned soda and not out of a fountain. My husband had the unsweetened tea. The owners are what makes this place special. They really care about their customers' experience. We will definitely stop in again.“

The all female staff I encountered this morning were absolute sweethearts, had the best work ethic & attitude, clean work stations, and fast assembly times. “Edited: received a call from a manager who explained everything that went on that night and for that reason changed stars to 4. This staff was working hard the entire time and they did have a lot of walk in traffic in fairness…however they gave zero priority to online orders. Every customer that walked in after me (and after online order ready time) got served and were gone before me. Same with other online orders waiting. Shut down online orders or work in order received! Happy to talk with anyone from the store or corporate!“

They offer the freshest veggies, meats and bread served by the friendliest employees. I like that it's tucked away a bit b/c it's never overcrowded and you're not subjected to that loud alarm that sounds when an online order has been placed. There's something to be said for that, the employees are not stressed out or spread thin. It's a clean, chill little spot.“

“When we are in the mood for Subway, which is mostly once a week, we only go to this one, and if you are close by, make sure you do the same. Food is always fresh, place is very clean, staff is very nice and accommodating and the service is terrific.
Unfortunately they are no longer open. Publix would not renew their lease. Guess the competition was too strong! Sucks because they weee the best run Subway around.“

The person giving us the food was so nice and told us what they didn't have. The grilled chicken Sub was better than a grilled chicken sandwich. Also, the inside smell like grilled chicken (good thing). Last thing, it looks so fresh!
