Very nice. Food is nothing exceptional - not exceptionally good or bad. Be sure to get your parking validated. Our server was nice enough to ask but I wouldn't count on it. It can save you over $20 if you drive.
Jim is truly an angel. I can’t speak to the food, but the coffee is delightful. What really got the five stars though, was Jim. I had come 2 days in a row, and the second day I was clearly very upset. Jim gave me kind words, talked to me about his time spent the city in which I go to school, and just made me feel much better. Amazing place. This is the one jewel in the horrible hotel. The people and the employees are INCREDIBLY KIND and will care for your satisfaction. They listen carefully to any special requests (oat milk instead of regular milk for me) and deliver with exceptional SPEED! Their service was never slow.
