Today, Tuesday Nov 25, I drove to the Delaware Chicken location. It was extremely busy, HOWEVER it was managed beyond expectations. Parking was assisted by Police Department and the officers were extremely helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Check in desk was quick and orderly. Hardly any wait. Inside the shop was busy but number system was working fine and staff was very helpful and fast. I was in/out in 15 minutes and back on the road. This was a terrific experience well...
We stop in every year for the holidays and they never disappoint. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and wonderful to deal with. Even when the line is out the door, everything tends to move pretty quick.
Linda took my order and she was absolutely wonderful. Without hesitation she had answers to all of my questions and I was able to place my order to be prepared just the way I wanted it. Kudos to Linda.
