Einstein Bros. Bagels is a restaurant that serves great-tasting food, including the brisket sandwich and tasty turkey bagel. The staff is generally attentive and friendly, and the bagels and ingredients are described as fresh. The restaurant offers a variety of flavors and spreads, and the coffee pairs well with the food. However, some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as receiving cold food, incorrect preparation, and finding unwanted items in their meal. Despite these issues, the restaurant has made improvements, with customers noting that the service is now quick and efficient, and the management is willing to please the customers. The restaurant is a great spot for breakfast or lunch, with a nice quiet atmosphere that is great for working on a phone or laptop. Overall, Einstein Bros.
