I first tried Inika foods when they were selling their delicious vegan food in various farmer's markets. The two main owners are twins, and their mother helps as well - a real family business. They cater as well, and I've been to some parties featuring their food and it is always amazing. So glad to see they finally have a brick and mortar place. We just had Inika cater my father-in-law’s memorial celebration and everything they made was spectacular in flavor and presentation. I love these fantastic women and deeply appreciate the love and care they put into this divine food!
