The restaurant is small but looks beautiful inside. After our experience though, we will not be returning.The food took a very long time to come out and the meat I had requested medium temp, was well done, after over an hour of having put in my order. From the host to the waiters, all looked very stressed and running around from the bar to the tables which would stress us out just looking at them. We went before a concert and it took a while for someone to take our order, so when the waiter was ready to take our order we placed our appetizer and food order all at once, to avoid delays. The waiters were all very nice however due to their rush did not notice our water needed replenishing and forgot to bring out one of our appetizers. Since the food took so long to come out, I was forced to eat in less than 10 minutes so that we weren't late to our concert.

We love Marky's. Had a Russian Osetra service first. Just outstanding followed the avatar and shared the grilled cheese. And let's not forget the Moet & Chandon champagne. Service is excellent. Marky's is truly one of the best restaurants in South Florida

What a wonderful dining experience we had. It was like walking into a French Bistro. The Escargot and Duck L'Orange were just magnificent. We went early so we really enjoyed intimate dining with a highly professional and kind server. We will definitely return on our next visit to the Hard Rock.

My husband and I were looking forward to having caviar flight with two of our friends. We also ordered escargot, oysters, charcuterie, and crab salad, and fois gras. Needless to say we ordered very high-end food. We were there at 5 PM and the restaurant only had one other table and then possibly one other later. However, it was so hard at first to get our servers attention to get drinks, order our food. We had to flag our server's attention and then he would look at us puzzled when we asked if we could order cocktails and food. He was more interested in texting on his phone. I'm not going name our server, but he seemed so disinterested in the beginning. We had to flag him down again to order more cocktails. It really was unacceptable because the restaurant was totally empty. The food was very good  but service is a very important part of your dining experience and quite frankly all four of us were surprised and very disappointed.

Marky's Caviar Lounge offers a refined experience for lovers of luxurious bites. The appetizers featuring caviar and roe are delicious and pair perfectly with the wide selection of wine and sparkling wine. Service is attentive and adds to the overall enjoyment. The only drawback is a noticeable smell of burnt oil coming from the kitchen, which can be distracting at times. Despite that, it's a great spot for a classy night out or a special occasion.

The hamachi was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The cheese plate had a nice variety along with honeycomb, fig jam, walnuts and strawberries. The Huso Dog was delicious and a show stopper.

We had such a great night at Marky's Caviar at the Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood and once again, it did not disappoint.
We started with a glass of rosé Champagne and vodka, which paired perfectly with the Royal Osetra caviar service. The caviar was smooth, buttery, and honestly just melted in your mouth. Next up was the hamachi ceviche with creamy avocado and salmon roe on top. Such a good combination and full of fresh flavor. Then came the smoked salmon with roe, served with baguette and crème fraîche. The pop of the roe on top of the salmon was unreal and made every bite better.
We followed that with a Caesar salad and the cavatelli pasta with porcini mushrooms and fresh truffle, which was rich, comforting, and exactly what we wanted to end the meal.
This wasn't our first visit to Marky's and definitely won't be our last. It's the perfect spot to come back to every once in a while when you're in the mood to treat yourself.
Markey's is always a wonderful dining experience and the service is impeccable! The Hackleback caviar service is delicious and the oysters always so fresh❤️

I can't begin to say how disappointed I am. I read about Markys and was so excited to go. I went to The Hard Rock for a concert and wanted a bite and drink before. As a solo lady, I sat at the bar alone. You can only order caviar service, champagne, wine or a vodka martini. I found this ridiculous. In addition, I found the staff rude and dismissive. I was prepared to spend $$$ on a nice dinner for myself. Needless to say, I will get my caviar in Miami and I will fly to the NYC location before I visit this place again.
Great experience at Marky's Caviar Bar. We were there to see Stevie Nick's concert and got reservations at Marky's before concert. Service was great, forget out server's name, but he was awesome. Very helpful explaining and making suggestions. Caviar was delicious, fresh and presentation were on point. We will be back next time we are at the Casino.

No surprise that Marky's is as good as it is. Extremely fresh food done to perfection. Started with a half dozen oysters and the crab salad. The oysters were so good we ordered another half dozen. We had the cavatelli pasta with shaped black truffles, and the Kudo dog. Which consists of a king crab leg, a special mustard and caviar on a toasted brioche bun. All I can say about that is Yum. Ended the dinner with a nice glass of champagne and some Madeline's. The service here was top-notch. We were quite surprised as this is located within a casino. Their drinks and wine list are very good.

We've been before and made the mistake of coming back. How do you mess up a salad? All 3 salads..... drenched lettuce in mayonnaise??? This place is proud of their caviar. The rest of the uncanned food was horrible. Even our very nice server said about 2 or 3 items (“don't get that”). We got entrees before our salads. No bottles of wine, no caviar and the bill was over $700. Never again!!!!! PS in over 25 years of honest reviews.....this is the first totally negative review I've ever shared. I usually message the restaurant privately. Maybe there's a legit reason we could get any time slot we wanted at this small restaurant.

This used to be my favorite spot but I cannot with how much caviar they now put on the huso dog while it has remained the same price. I understand inflation and need to be profitable but this difference is insane. One of my fav dishes just feels like such a rip off now :(
