Friendly service. Amazing coctails! I highly recommend the Pear Martini and Passionfruit Pisco. Not a great selection of main courses but overall a good experience.

Truly one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. Luckily my wife and I were in good moods, so we saw it as funny. First, we stood at the door for over 5 minutes before I finally walked up to someone behind the bar and asked if they were open (there was only 1 table sat when we arrived). They found our reservation and sat us, then immediately advised they would not make any drinks from their cocktail menu because it was a show night. We were curious about this since there was only 1 other table sat. We ultimately realized that each server was making the drinks for his own tables and out server must not have known to make the drinks on the cocktail menu because the table next to us ordered the same drinks we wanted without any issue from their server (someone other than ours). When the food arrived, it was tasty though very overpriced for the tiny portions. $250 for dinner for 2 and we were both still starving (and we are normal size people). Will not be surprised if this place closes in the very near future.

The Marky's Caviar Flight was amazing, and the bruschetta duo was delicious. The staff seemed a bit stretched thin, but it didn't significantly impact the overall experience.

We arrived at 5 PM for pre-Shakira concert and two of us ordered Branzino, a beet salad and the yellowtail ceviche. The Branzino was amazing Served over Pea purée and with a lobster sauce. Our server was very attentive and the entire meal was delicious.

Excellent martinis!! Be aware that you have to order an entire caviar flight in order to get all the fixings. If you order a single serving of caviar, it only comes with blinis and crème fraiche. Endives with the trout dip were a nice touch / healthy alternative. Escargot was also delicious!

They were not prepared to serve more than a few guests at the same time. The three staff members shared the tasks of bar tender, maitre d, and waiter. Totally unorganized and frazzled by the presence of so many (4 or 5?) tables of guests. We left after 30 minutes -- had drinks but had not yet been able to order dinner-- the food was going to take over an hour. So disappointing.

Although the place is cute and the food is delicious (kudos to the Chef), the service is not even mediocre. Why would anyone put a condescending manager in charge of a lovely lounge like this one? I couldn't believe the attitude of this man when I asked him to make an alcohol-free cocktail and he refused. The place has an enormous bar, and he told me he couldn't whip up a virgin cocktail. Any good manager would have said yes, however this man, with his fake smile, couldn't. I find this so hard to believe, I had to argue that any good bartender can mix some club soda, some sour mix, simple syrup, maybe a sprig of mint, and voila, you have a virgin cocktail. I asked him; "what if I were an alcoholic and I go out with my friends"? Am I not supposed to have something? After that, he never brought water to the table, or asked my friends if they wanted another drink (they did have drinks). During the night, he never approached the table to offer more food, water, drinks or anything. That's just basic service. On top of that, they add 20% service charge! Service charge? For a less-than-mediocre service. We had to ask for someone to pick up our dirty plates, we asked for the dessert menu and we had to chase the waiter for the check and then for them to return our credit cards so we could make the show. Wow, I never thought a place like the Hard Rock would provide such poor service. The only thing that saved this place was the food, but unfortunately, food and service go hand-in-hand and it's difficult to feel good when you have unpleasant people serving you.

We made this reservation because we were going to a show and other restaurants were booked. Not huge caviar fans but enjoyed the dining experience at Marky's Caviar Be ready for some different options and flavor combinations. The sashimi was delicious, fresh with a spicy chili oil drizzle and caviar topping. The cavatelli were also very good, not outstanding but a solid choice. Duck entree was good choice if you're tired of steak and seafood.
