“This is the freshest and cleanest McDonald's in at least a 20 mile radius. I've been through many McDonald's in my area but this is the only one I come back to over and over. Their food is always fresh,their lobby is always clean, their staff is always friendly. It is a very comfortable and relaxed environment and very clean. 10/10 McDonald's. Also the owner seemed really nice“

“We had a complicated order. We did not want pickles. They did everything right the food tasting great it was cooked properly not like other McDonald’s they put salt on the fries which is expected. I asked for light ice they gave us light ice. It was 100% they get an a at this location I hope the manager or the owner is monitoring this feedback because it says a lot the one over on US one in Hollywood is terrible. They get an F every time I go in there the one in Sterling Road is hidden and miss sometimes they get it right most of the time it’s wrong because they don’t read this location is well run“

“I am not going to talk about the food because it is what we all know and it is the product that we all go to look for. The time I went they treated me well, I placed the order on the screen, but when I approached to ask for sauces with the best predisposition they asked me how many and which ones I wanted. The cleaning of the premises is the same as in all the chain's premises.
Something that seemed like a nice gesture to me but that may seem uncomfortable to many is that they lend the bathroom facilities to the “homeless” so they can bathe.“

“I wanna thank Benjamin the guest services manager, I ordered a double cheeseburger thru drive thru and once I drive off I checked my sandwich and it was cold and the meat looked old so I went back this time I went inside and told the young lady I was very unhappy with my sandwich she relays the message to another employee (Benjamin) and he was so kind when he spoke to me he not only had a fresh sandwich made for me but offered fries and a drink, I’m so thankful for this young man great job ?“

“Staff at the Drive Thru very courteous. Repeated our order to ensure it was correct. Also asked if we needed extra napkins, ketchup or anything else.

Kid-friendliness: Happy Meals were served hot and included apple slices and a choice of beverages that our children like.“

“My closet one to my house. So don't have much of a choice but their service has improved. There's one Indian girl who work breakfast has no clue what's she's doing always screw my order when I hear her voice over the intercom I simply leave. But overall it's not bad service at all especially when it slow“
