“This is the cleanest and most welcoming McDonalds I’ve ever been to in Florida. The service was quick and friendly. It was as though I was in an actual restaurant. The manager Elias was very professional and accommodating. This will be the only McDonalds I’ll be coming to in the future.“

“I wanna thank Benjamin the guest services manager, I ordered a double cheeseburger thru drive thru and once I drive off I checked my sandwich and it was cold and the meat looked old so I went back this time I went inside and told the young lady I was very unhappy with my sandwich she relays the message to another employee (Benjamin) and he was so kind when he spoke to me he not only had a fresh sandwich made for me but offered fries and a drink, I’m so thankful for this young man great job ?“

“I am not going to talk about the food because it is what we all know and it is the product that we all go to look for. The time I went they treated me well, I placed the order on the screen, but when I approached to ask for sauces with the best predisposition they asked me how many and which ones I wanted. The cleaning of the premises is the same as in all the chain's premises.
Something that seemed like a nice gesture to me but that may seem uncomfortable to many is that they lend the bathroom facilities to the “homeless” so they can bathe.“

“Staff at the Drive Thru very courteous. Repeated our order to ensure it was correct. Also asked if we needed extra napkins, ketchup or anything else.

Kid-friendliness: Happy Meals were served hot and included apple slices and a choice of beverages that our children like.“

There's one Indian girl who work breakfast has no clue what's she's doing always screw my order when I hear her voice over the intercom I simply leave. But overall it's not bad service at all especially when it slow“
