McDonald's in Hialeah

“I had an excellent experience at McDonald’s. The service was fast and friendly, the restaurant was clean, and my order was prepared correctly. The food was fresh and tasted great. The staff made the visit pleasant and efficient. I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely visit again.“

“Excellent customer service. This is the only McDonald's drive-thru I have visited where they serve you with patience and friendliness. The food is great, and the restaurant interior is very clean, but the drive-thru service is truly outstanding.“

“Just found this McDonald’s has an indoor playplace for kids. The line was long but the staff were incredibly efficient. Got my order 100% correct. The manager even asked my reference for an unavailable item in my order. The food was fresh and hot! No wonder this is the busiest McDonald in the area. And you can host a birthday party here, haven’t seen this service at a McDonald’s for a while“

“Love this McDonalds, fast, accurate, quick to process if you drive through. There is a young man in the window (names escape) who is through, always reads back your order and ensures accuracy. Definitely recommend. Only comment is the shake machine has been an issue now and then, seems all McDonald have that problem.“

“I had a great experience at McDonald's! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. My order was fresh and prepared quickly, and everything was exactly how I wanted it. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my visit and would definitely recommend this location!“

“Stopped by this McDonald’s recently and had a good experience. My order was accurate, the food was fresh, and the service was quick. The staff was polite, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained. It’s nice when you can stop in for a quick meal and everything goes smoothly without any issues. Overall, a solid experience and I would definitely visit this location again. 🍟🍔👍“

“The dbl bacon qtr lber with cheese was one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. I thought I was in a 4 star restaurant eating that, not a fast food place. Fries were hot,the lemonade was great. They have to give you a coin to unlock the bathroom,(I assume they won't if you don't buy anything)if Im not mistaken.Kind of annoying, but I can understand why.Mostly Spanish speaking workers when I went there that day,so to take that as you may...What do I expect in the heart of Hialeah right?“

“This McDonald's is a total disaster. I buy from here quite often because I live nearby, but I definitely don't recommend it. The service is terrible; they keep you waiting over half an hour for orders placed via the app, and on top of that, they often get the order wrong. The employees don't even seem to know what they're doing—it's total chaos. There is just one lady who is an absolute sweetheart and tries to get the orders out, but she can't handle that volume of work all by herself, and she isn't there all the time. So, if she isn't there, you just end up tired of waiting.“

“El mejor mcdonald restaurant que he visitado en 39 años en Miami y USA. En todos estos años he visitado muchos, muchos en Miami, y no hay ninguno en la rapidez del servicio, eficiencia, amabilidad más allá de lo normal y un ambiente único, especial. Muchísimas gracias a este team de la mañana de lunes a viernes, manager Rossy, atención especial de todas y todos.“

“The level of service and attention I got was amazing today. Yureidys Hernandez went above and beyond, who is the most pleasant person we've ever been served by. She has amazing customer service and communication skills, therefore making this McDonald's a go to. This is how she interacts with everyone, and everyone in the morning asks for her. Kudos to her and I hope corporate recognizes her at some point, it is much deserved.“

“What a great experience from Drive attendant to the pick up window . Manager and her crew very nice and good spirited. Parking area & grounds very well maintained including the garbage cans.
We would recommend this location 💯 😋👍🏼“

“Once a week I shop here and the truth is that today the attention I received from the girls who serve the window outside was very unpleasant, apart from the fact that they put my order wrong, they get upset because I repeat it and they don't even give you a purchase receipt. Turn my back on you and not serve you, what a lack of respect ??‍♀️“

“Went two days in a row, food quality was vastly different. First day, fries were good but nuggets were slightly overcooked. 2nd day nuggets were good although cold, fries were extremely overcooked. Orders don't come with napkins unless you ask. That's difficult to do here because only two people seem to speak English.“

“Angel in the drive thru of this McDonald's location has been the best server I have seen in years!!!! So much so that I remembered his name the second time I visited. He is a great example of what customer service should look like and I hope he truly receives the recognition he deserves!“
