McDonald's in Hialeah

“Excellent customer service. This is the only McDonald's drive-thru I have visited where they serve you with patience and friendliness. The food is great, and the restaurant interior is very clean, but the drive-thru service is truly outstanding.“

“Just found this McDonald’s has an indoor playplace for kids. The line was long but the staff were incredibly efficient. Got my order 100% correct. The manager even asked my reference for an unavailable item in my order. The food was fresh and hot! No wonder this is the busiest McDonald in the area. And you can host a birthday party here, haven’t seen this service at a McDonald’s for a while“

“Love this McDonalds, fast, accurate, quick to process if you drive through. There is a young man in the window (names escape) who is through, always reads back your order and ensures accuracy. Definitely recommend. Only comment is the shake machine has been an issue now and then, seems all McDonald have that problem.“

“My twelve-year-old daughter made the unroll so I treated her and 2 of friends for lunch at school. I went in and got a big order.
I think I even left a tip because the two ladies to help me out were great.I told him what it was for and they were so happy to help out“

“The dbl bacon qtr lber with cheese was one of the best burgers I have ever had in my life. I thought I was in a 4 star restaurant eating that,not a fast food place. Fries were hot,the lemonade was great.They have to give you a coin to unlock the bathroom,(I assume they won't if you don't buy anything)if Im not mistaken.Kind of annoying,but I can understand why.Mostly Spanish speaking workers when I went there that day,so to take that as you may...What do I expect in the heart of Hialeah right?“

“Excellent customer service. Idalmy exceeded all expectations, even when she was feeling sick, she took the time to find the toy my son was looking for when we bought a Happy Meal. Also Astrid provided incredible customer service. McDonald's is lucky and blessed to have them.“

“The level of service and attention I got was amazing today. Yureidys Hernandez went above and beyond, who is the most pleasant person we've ever been served by. She has amazing customer service and communication skills, therefore making this McDonald's a go to. This is how she interacts with everyone, and everyone in the morning asks for her. Kudos to her and I hope corporate recognizes her at some point, it is much deserved.“

“Went two days in a row, food quality was vastly different. First day, fries were good but nuggets were slightly overcooked. 2nd day nuggets were good although cold, fries were extremely overcooked. Orders don't come with napkins unless you ask. That's difficult to do here because only two people seem to speak English.“
