Ordered some pizzas & wings for tonight's game. When we arrive outside for carryout we are disgusted with the *manager * outside with a crowd of people cursing & being extremely inappropriate. I completed an online review of the last order from this location and was emailed a 10.00 promo code. I attempted to enter it repeatedly on your company website. .. it wasn't being accepted. .. Normally, I love Pizza Hut. However, this particular shop has proven to be total crap as of late, & there's really no excuse for it. I just ordered a stuffed crust pizza, & by the time I got it, it was not only paper thin, but it appeared to be a leftover from hours before that had been microwaved. I sank my teeth into it, & it was lukewarm at best.
I'm sorry, PH, but you can definitely do better than this. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.
