Don’t ever ever ever order the meat loaf!!!

Yuk! I couldn’t tell what kind of meat it was… Sent it back immediately

Food was just okay — not great, not terrible. But the service? Terrible. Our server completely ignored us. We asked clearly for bottled water, no ice, room temperature — he brought tap water in a glass with ice and cold. I get that it was late, but if you hate your job that much, maybe find another one instead of taking it out on guests. People come here to enjoy themselves, not to deal with rude, careless service. Really disappointing.

Food was good. Service was very slow and it took a very long time for food to come out on a very quite Thurs night (friends had warned us that service was slow and it would take a long time to get our food). Nice atmosphere, but disappointing because we expected either a diner or deli atmosphere. Its actually a nice resturaunt that serves good diner and deli food..... meatloaf, turkey dinner, corned beef, pastrami, etc.

Stayed at hard rock and was hungry for some good eats. Decided to give rise a try and was not disappointed. I ordered the Thanksgiving Turkey dinner ( look at the size of the sliced turkey) and the portion was huge. Service was a little slow as it was a Saturday afternoon. The open faced roast beef was not so good, the meat was very chewy and scrappy looking so wouldn't bother with that again. Definitely will return and enjoy Thanksgiving dinner all year round.

Got talked into going here for the prime rib 49.99$ ,, totally disappointed ,, the cut was so tough and chewy and green beans a little undercooked ,, when asked how everything was we expressed our opinion ,, so FYI I don’t recommend ,,

My server Patrick was very upset when I asked him about my order. I didn’t touch my food at all because it looked terrible. When I stated that I didn’t want the food it was a problem. Patrick got upset and then showed that he was upset by the way he was slamming things. He called for the manager who offered me a steak which I don’t even eat this was the worst food experience ever

Came here for an early lunch—food was good but service could have been improved. Our server was not very attentive, and forgot my drink until I was able to finally flag her down.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Lox Plate and Fried Chicken Sandwich were good. I asked for extra aioli sauce for the sandwich (wasn’t enough) and was charged $3.

Vibe here is chill but the restaurant is nice!

After a long night of gambling, this was the only restaurant open at 2:30am at the Hard Rock. When we entered, there was an older male host that didn’t even bat an eye or help us get seated. After awkwardly standing there with a group of 6, he turned to us behind the counter and asked if we were members and we said no then he proceeded to ask if we’ve checked in which we said no again. He didn’t explain why he’s asking us these questions when anyone can dine at this restaurant. Eventually he took us to a table in the back. The waitress at least was friendly and helpful. We all got breakfast food which surprisingly tasted good despite the poor service at the front.

The food is good, but not that good, the fries were half overcooked, the service is good, but it's complicated by speaking Spanish, a bad image for a place where people come from all over the world, especially Latinos, they serve until late, that's good , a bit slow, it takes a long time to bring the dishes and a regular cocktail could have been better, the prices were consistent, a bit slow place, I don't know if I would go again, I think it was only because it was late and the other restaurants were closed

We had the best experience at Rise. The manager Fritz went above and beyond to accommodate a large group with children.

We came in for lunch on weekend day. It's a nice place, nice menu items. The white sangria was very good. The service was friendly but slow. Some drinks came from one bar, while the other drinks came from someplace different, according to our waitress, so it took a while before we all had our cocktails. We had a nice time, tho.
